Behind The Scenes at Fleetwood Park CoOp Yonkers

Stop and shop sets up customers for verbal fights with customers. While shopping next to a man, he asks an employee if the posted sale price pertains to a product is, indeed the sale price for the specific item, She steps down off a step stool and verifies the price and agrees the item matches, He takes 2 that is 2for7 and later brings his groceries to the counter to register his sale, He asks the cashier if the prices are correct, she disagrees, she becomes condescending and openly hostile and confrontational, now having to certify the price, she black with red hair, stomps to the isle and returns, still disagreeing on the sale price and becomes condescending even more, He requests a front end manager, she too is observed attacking the man verbally like untamed animals in a baboon cage. All in all, I will never ever select this ZOO for any further needs. The male subordinates speak aloud proudly not at all respecting customers and flirt publicly in heat with bakery section females, instead of performing their responsibilities in exchange for their income, Is Stop and shop paying hires to socialize and flirt on company time and flirting ? Appears so.

I shop here almost 3 to 4 times a week CC is my favorite s n s store. Its the companys best store. Always find it to be clean and the staff very helpful, a few that stand out are Jose in meat dept, friendly and always willing to cut special orders for me. The woman in the deli dept are always busy. Somtimes I feel for them because some of the customers think they are so special, but really are just ass . Bossy and pushy. Theres 2 guys who works in the dairy dept they are always very helpful. The girls at the customer service, Lord bless them because they have to deal with the complaing customers and the lottery machine. And the western union omg those customers are horrible and annoying. But the girls keep going with a smile....

I always come to this Stop & Shop. I absolutely love it! However, after today, I might not be back for awhile. The cashiers name was Alleen or Elleen. She had blonde/greenish hair. She was beyond rude! Didnt say one word. Didnt smile, say hi, how are you?, nothing! Couldnt even fake it! Horrible! Anyway, she was ringing up my groceries and I was bagging. I bought a 12 case of Poland Spring water. It was leaking all over the place and the cashier did not say one word! Literally didnt care and was going to let me leave with a leaking case of water. Yeah, very nice customer service! Do yourself a favor and go to another Stop & Stop where the people actually care and arent miserable/rude employees.

On a recent shopping trip in which my girlfriend and I stocked our new kitchen with many of the necessities we needed to get our new life in Yonkers started, Super Stop and Shop had more types of olive oil and cooking vinegars than we knew what to do with. Same went for everything else you could possibly need. The high prices were offset by some kind of huge blowout sale in which many of the products were slashed by 50% because of discontinuation. All you needed was a Stop and Shop card. We didnt have one, so the cashier scanned hers for us. Well be getting a card next time we go. Its also conveniently located at the Cross County Shopping Center.

(This is my husband google account) normally i change my wic check at this stop in shop at the cross county mall. Last night I went and a white lady took care of me. She started making all face expression and telling people you might wanna go to another line because this going to take long with an attitude. I felt bad because of the way she was acting. Maybe if I would of paid with cash or a credit card she would of been as nice to m as she was to the customer before me. its just sad to think that people still think like back in the days and still like to judge others without knowing theyre situation.

The store has gone downhill in the last few years.. Tonight, the vegetable Department was terrible!! The red onions were rotten and very difficult to find.. There was an empty coffee cup, obviously from a stock worker that was hidden in between the eggs.. the store needs quality assurance inspections frequently.. The workers dont really seem to take pride in their work.. Its a shame to witness.. a prime example of a quality store would be Publix , which unfortunately is only found down south.. I would rate that store a 10.. I hope things change at this location of Stop & Shop..

While this place is convenient and has a variety of foods their customer service leaves much to be desired. Not everyone who works there has poor customer service however enough to make me shop elsewhere unless in an absolute pinch. If you go there and dont have to speak to a young cashier or worker near one, then youre fine. However the gentleman and lady near self checkout are helpful and generally pleasant.

If and when you are a tourist here you have been properly warned with obnoxious customers, black and Hispanic women who will walk up behind you purposely, bend over toward the opposite direction so when you stand or back up they can create a scene shouting Excuse me ! Then shout profanities and insults personally witnessed. Black and Hispanic princesses and Queens feel they are the Rulers of Westchester.

Im a weekly/ every other week shopper x 8 years. Whoever is in charge of paying attention to what sells (inventory?), my stars are for you. Stop and shop did a major revamp on their organic produce, meats, etc and I love it. I still support our local farmers market, but Ive not needed to go out of my way to hit Whole Foods or Trader Joes w Stop and Shops Natures Promise line. Keep it up!

I always love Shop & Stop, Ive actually been shopping there for years. I always find everything I need there. Everything is well organized, checkout lines seems long, but move very fast. There is also self checkout. Meat area always fully stocked, gourmet deli area & bakery a big plus for me. Fresh fruits & vegetables, I could go on & on .. Lots of SALE..

I love their Peapod service. You always get the best of EVERYTHING delivered right to your door. They even bring my stuff up to the 2nd floor and straight into the kitchen for me. You always get the freshest of fresh, the best of the best, and everything is ice cold and/or nicely frozen where applicable. Stop & Shops Peapod service is the bomb!

Didnt like the audit had to take everything out my bags what was the point of doing scan it. Maybe the customer should get a gift card or something when and audit happens. I understand it part of keeping people from stealing but the customer should get something for the inconvenience.

I frequently shop there it is convenient for me. Cashiers are always courteous and today I had the pleasure of being helped by Niel at the deli department. His service was exceptional. He was a fine representation of your store to the point I was compelled to leave a comment.

Biased toward male gender. Female front end manager opens a register, calls out next on line, her and I make eye contact and I move to her line, she has the "audacity" to state the black women behind me who approached is first. You be the judge. The new manager is feeble.
