Today I visited this location. My husband had to approach the salesman to ask for assistance. I chose two paint colors and asked to have Color to Go samples made. The salesman went into the back and after waiting ten minutes my husband looked into the back area where he saw him talking on the phone. Two other men were standing there. We asked if the samples were almost ready and one of the young man approached us and told us in a smug tone "Youll be taken care of." He also explained that there were "only" three of them working and that they had other orders to take care of. We were the only two people in the store. We waited alone in the front of the store another five minutes, 20 minutes total, and then walked out. We drove to the Sherwin Williams retail store in Astoria and had a lovely experience where we were greeted and assisted promptly. I will not return to the Woodside store or recommend it to anyone.

Dont be fooled by the crummy "commercial" store front. I had an amazing experience. They had all the colors found in a retail store. Emanuel was a great sales person! He was very patient, knowledgeable, and rrally knew his stuff. I really had the mom and pop experience at this store. They even helped me carry paint to my car. Ps. Keep an eye out for sherwin williams coupons floating around out there.

Worst paint store ever! I dont understand why anybody would stop at Sherwin-Williams after seeing how rude these people are.
