Have to agree w. negative reviews - the owner is unfriendly & wont go out of his way to help. If you need something he points & grunts. Prices are also higher than elsewhere. If you have a choice, go to Burke & McCowan on Post Rd by the WP Hospital instead, theyve been there forever & their knowledge & advice puts True Value to shame!

Although the staff is kind a friendly, Alfred Urban who is the owner of this store is rude and obnoxious. He does not hesitate to curse at his customers and actually said to me, "F@#! You!" upon attempting to return an item with receipt.
