I dont know what inconvenience I may have caused the gentleman that answered the phone. Simply getting the ball rolling picking up my prescription on my existing frames was like trying to negotiate United Nations terms. Gentleman was unbelievably rude unacceptable

The owner refused to acknowledge he made errors with my order on more than one pair of glasses bottom line he does not stand behind his product or work and I gave him more than one opportunity to fix them.
