Terrible customer service. The receptionist literally said her office manager has no time to call your insurance company. This is the trouble with businesses now a days . . . no one wants to take ownership of their responsibility or engage customers to provide quality service. The way you should have handled this situation is say, "this sound complicated, let me take your information so that my office manager can call you and see what we can do." Instead the receptionist say, "let me see if my office manager has time." What a terrible response. If you dont have time to help a new customer, then you dont have time to assist your current customers.

I have been a patient of Dr Randi Freed for over 15 years. She has consistently taken very good care of all my needs whether a very thorough yearly exam or treating an eye infection. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of eye care and has always made the right call as to what treatment to use. The office is very efficiently managed and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. It is a great comfort to be under her care and I recommend her highly.

Dr. Barbato is the worst possible specialist. Did you see the one, who screams at you from the bottom of his lungs? Today, I wanted to check my eyes and went to Freed Vision Center. I just finished filling up medical forms, and from nowhere, there he was – yelling doctor. Dr. Barbato is unprofessional, inexperienced and ignorant of new developments.

Dr. Freed is wonderful. I have been a loyal patient for over twenty years and wouldnt change that for a second. They have taken great care of me and always get me in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time. They are thorough yet respect my time which I think is awesome. I have been more than impressed with their care over the years.

Every time I go to Freed Vision I am never kept waiting. They keep up with appointments and I can go in anytime. Dr. Freed and Dr. Barbato are both very hospitable people and have always taken care of me for the ten years I have been going. I look forward to my next visit, its always a positive experience.
