this place is all about money. trying to rip people off. Just stay away. I got an Eye exam with these people that call themselves "Doctors." They are not doctors by the way. I told them that I wear contacts, so they never told me that eye exam for glasses is different from eye exam for contacts. now they want to do another eye exam and charge me again. NEVER. this is the worst lens crafters I have been to. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. just look at the other reviews, not all of us can be wrong. Horrible.

They are very very slow, sat there for over 2 hourse. There is only one doctor whos available, they eye exam was good. When you pick out frames to buy there is only 1 person that will be able to help, so you have to wait for this person to finish and then another. The process is way to long. If you dont mind waiting and want a good eye exam then go here but if you arent willing to to wait a long time then i wouldnt recommend

I hate going to this mall. Once you have been through the trauma of finding a parking spot the shopping experience is completely destroyed. I have a medium stature with size 6, shoe size 8. This mall is always so crowded I believe the standard sizes fly out the minute the mall opens in the morning. Its really hard to find my size here and its frustrating.

I received base prices, several hundred dollars apart, on an expensive name brand lens from two different Lenscrafter employees, while on the same visit. When I objected, miraculously, the price was reduced to the earlier price, but I nearly overlooked the fact that my clearly stated requirements were met with a generic brand. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!

Had to have a new pair of glasses replaced since they did a bad job of fitting it to my face. Second pair is a bulkier, more comfortable frame, but same problem with the fitting. Also expensive. Had I gone to my optometrist for them Im sure they wouldve been better..

Everyone in this location its amazing even Kristine she was there temporarily from another location amazing lady I fell very welcome great customer service.If anyone in my family needs eyeexam this will be the location to go to.

The agents been very patient and helpful, helped me to adjust my newly picked glasses for like an hour. Until finally Nicole found the problem and fixed it. Very happy with my purchase, though the glasses were not cheap.

I had to wait 45 minutes before I walked out. Very unsatisfied. Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to an independent optometrist. Good luck!
