I went to this place just because it was close to my house and the reviews are amazing. However my experience was not so great. The exam was nice and neat, the doctor was professional and reliable, but when i was going to choose the glasses I asked for affordable cheap glasses and the guy wanted me to buy "design glasses" a frame of 200 bucks plus 150 bucks for lens a total of 350 dollars. Thanks god I went again and I was able to change the frame, the girl was so nice and understandable and she really helped me. I dont understand why if you have a customer who is telling you they have a limited budged you are going to try to make them spend more money. I wont go back. I recommend if you go, to talk to the girls instead of the owners cause at least the girls wont pressure you in your purchase. They were fast making the glasses. (3 days).

This establishment is the greatest , the owner is such honest person his prices is phenomenal, the staff is very professional i feel like i was VIP, so many wonderful styles of glasses, Im happy that i finally found a eye center that makes you feel special even when my glasses needed to be readjusted they still provided excellent service. I cant wait to purchase my next set of glasses.Also i was able to refer many family member to this establishment and they also was very happy customers.Once again Crystal lens Optical thank you for making me feel special me and my family.

The service is great but they take too long to make the glasses. Ive been waiting since thrusday, they keep saying "we will have it ready by today" but for some reason Im still waiting. I called a few times and they keep asking if I payed them which I did. I understand they have a high volume of customers but at least give me a courtesy call.

Great experience! I walked in on a Saturday to make an appointment and the doctor saw me on the spot, one of the girls at the front desk helped me look for my frames, (showed me like 12 different frames lol) and they had my glasses ready by Tuesday.

Good customer service but they take too long to make glasses I have been waiting for my glasses more than two weeks ago so I went to the store to ask and I found out they broke them and they never even call me to let me know.

The initial visit was good, however, when it was time for me to get the glasses if was a headache. I work in New York, l left work twice to there before 6 pm, they decided to close early and no phone call
