I have gone to ClearEyes for years and always enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and good frame selection. They are punctual and everyone that works there is very pleasant. Dr. Frazier always gives me a very thorough exam and easily answered any of my questions. Contact lenses arrive within 48 hours if they dont already have them in stock. In addition, I have gotten 2-3 different pairs of frames from them over the years and the staff is knowledgeable and had no problem sitting with me for over an hour while I looked through all of the frames they had in stock. They were also honest - when frames did not look good on me! The turn-around time on receiving my new glasses is always quick (and I have REALLY BAD vision so the lenses can take awhile since I need all the bells & whilstles). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I was late for my appt. so I called and asked if I can still see the doctor. His assistant asked him if I can come in or make an appt for another day. I suggested Monday since I work in the city and I get home at 6:30. In the background I heard him say " NO I CANT SEE HER AT 7:00 and you know why she was on a bus and didnt call to let us know that she was lare. I then explained to his assistant that my phone had died and had no way to call. His assistant was very apologetic. My point is. He is very nasty and unprofessional. I also work in a medical practice and understands what it means when someone dies not show up for their appt. but will never speak with such disrespect especially if the patient can hear you. I WILL NOT recommend this place ever.
