HORRIBLE!!!! that is a big negative star - crude and rude - unknowledgable DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. had to take a day off with no pay - made my appointment and found out later they dont take my insurance! very poor customer support. refused to put the manager on the line. no compensation for my time and loss of pay. is there any way of putting negative stars on this review? $%^@#^% this place

Very fast service. A complete comprehensive eye exam with thorough explanation. The frames were very affordable and I was never pushed to purchase anything that was not in my budget. I also like the fact that weekend appointments were available.

THE WORST. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION. THE CYLINDER,AXIS AND PD ARE NOT GIVEN TO YOU TO PREVENT YOU FROM FILLING IT ONLINE. THE WORSE PART I EVEN BOUGHT GLASSES. NO HELP EVEN SELECTING FRAMES.
