The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend needed a necklace with a pendant that was engraved. We were told they dont do engravings, especially on something (crucifix pendant) so small, but they kindly obliged us and it was hand-engraved and ready the next day. Everyone was pleased and impressed at how beautifully and skillfully the engraving was done. Their prices are affordable as well! Thanks, Jaichands!
