We needed a jeweler, didnt have one, and were getting a bit nervous. Our wedding day was coming up – and we had no wedding rings. My fiance had gone through a friend to get my engagement ring and it was great, but when it came time for wedding bands, the friend was unreachable and we didnt know where to turn. With our date fast approaching, we started scrambling. We didnt even know where to start. We didnt want anything too expensive, fancy or complicated so we looked online, and while the prices were right, they couldnt accommodate the engraving we wanted. Plus, we wanted the wedding band to match my engagement ring and knew if we tried to guess and do it ourselves, it would just be us groping in the dark and we could easily screw it up. We needed someone who knew their stuff. We wanted to stay local to Queens, and came upon OKG; to be honest, the reviews seemed too good to be true, so we asked around. Relatives whod come here praised OKGs work, so we thought it couldnt hurt to come in an talk to them. Its one of the best decisions we made. With just about two weeks to go before the wedding, we walked in the door and explained our situation. They looked at my ring and said matching it would be no problem; they would do their best to fit the engraving. I am a simple person who doesnt wear a lot of jewelry on a day to day basis, but we found a lovely wedding band that looks like it was meant to go with my engagement ring. My husbands ring is different, but awesome, and we both love it. We were able to get the rings in plenty of time, and they fit the engraving without a problem. They also cleaned both my engagement ring and the family jewelry I wore for the wedding, and I was in awe seeing how everything sparkled. I honestly cant stop looking at my rings now, the shine is mesmerizing. Everyone at the store was lovely to deal with, very nice and personable. We will be back!

I was looking to purchase an engagement ring. I was referred to OKG by a friend that ended getting a ring there. I was very nervous going into the store, due to the previous experience with other jewelry stores I had. I had an idea of style and budget in mind. After meeting with Osanna and discussing what I was looking for, she made me feel really comfortable. We talked about style, size and diamond shape. She pulled out every possible setting they had for me to choose from and see what I liked and didnt like. She understood the budget and knew that we couldnt go over and ensured me that her and Gary will stay within my budget. She worked with me very closely and explained all of my question. Osanna was very knowledgably and that made me relax a bit more. They didnt have a setting that I had in mind but Osanna ensured me that Gary can recreate any ring. I choose a few styles that I liked. And from those I took the details that really caught my eyes and I knew that my future fiancée would love something creative. After I met with Gary he sketched out what the ring would look like with all of the details. Gary is pure talent. I was very please with the service from everyone at the store. As soon as I saw the finished ring I new I made the right decision by coming to OKG. The ring came out AMAZING it blew me away how great the ring looked. Gary exceeded my expectation. I couldnt be more pleased and happy with it. My fiancée and I are definitely going to go back to purchase our wedding bands there. I want to thank Osanna and Gary for making my experience stress free.

As a novice to the engagement ring process, I was referred by a friend to Osana and OKG Jewelry While I had an idea over my future fiances preferences as well as my budget, I still did not fully grasp how to obtain the best ring possible. From the moment I stepped into OKG Jewelry the customer service was exceptional. My mother and sister have been shopping here for years and recommended the store when I was considering upgrading my engagement ring. I was stunned by the variety and craftsmanship of their jewelry, along with the friendliness of all the staff. No pretension, pushiness or awkwardness here. I have worked with both Anna and Osana and was never made to feel that they were being competitive or trying to make a commission off of me. They will custom make anything you like, taking into consideration your own personal style and price range. All work is conducted on the premises allowing you to work closely with Gary, the craftsman, in order to create the perfect piece for you. I "visited" my ring several times as it was being made and the staff was always kind and patient with me.
