I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience with this Jewlrey store. It was my birthday an they not only sang happy birthday they also got me a present wrapped it an gave me a bottle of wine with a beautiful card. This is more of a family place they have exceptional customer service. I recommend this place at anytime for your jewelry needs. You so t regret it! Thank You Studio Jewelers

THERE JEWLERY IS FAKEEEEEEEEEE ( IN MY OPINION) THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A FAKE ROLEX , THE DIAMONDS WAS FAKE AND IT WAS TICKING .... IF U WANT CUSTOM JEWLERY , IN OTHER WORDS NOT AUTHENTIC JEWLERY!!! THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP BUT .. IF YOU WANT REAL JEWLEERY DOOOOO NOTTTT SHOP HEREEEEE AT ALL ... THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A ROLEX FOR 6K AND IT WAS WORTH 20$ when I GOT IT APPRAISED

I just called. Spoke with a young lady quickly who didnt know the answer to my engraving question. She handed the phone to another person (male). I asked him my question. He gave a flat "no" and then hung up. When they say fast studio...I was hoping they were talking about their craft not their curt attitudes.

I walked in and waited by the counter patiently for a few minutes. The staff seemed to be very busy. One of the jewelers/salesmen walked towards me to service a male customer who walked in after me. I was ready to drop some hard earned cash too. Too bad for them. I walked out immediately. So freakin rude.

These jewellers are amazing...I will never go anywhere else...they treat you as family and will get you exactly what you want at a very fair price. Ralph is my guy and has patience as if the piece were for himself. If they dont have what you want they mill make it asap. Happy shopping!!!

I have had several Invicta watch batteries replaced here. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, 2 of the watches now have moisture seeping in. The people are friendly, but beware of any watch battery or repair work.
