I went into this store being very impressed by its window. I thought the jewelry there was going to be amazing and then it turned out when I had my name ring made, the quality of gold for which I asked for (14k) was not used. Instead they used a lower grade of gold possibly 10 to 12k. I was very disappointed with the service I received even though they offered a cheap price it was not worth the price they had me pay. I will never go back to Sparkle Jewelry again. Everyone stay away! I am sure there are better jewelry stores in the Bronx. Go with a Company that has been around for a longer time as they know what they are doing more than this place known as Sparkle Jewelry. You know what they say about sparkles, once the shine goes away, you get to see the dirtyness. Sparkle is a good name for being fake. Terrible Customer Service.

i love this jewelry store and they treat me GRAND and royally when i go there. i have known the owner before he owned this jewelry store when he worked at another jewelry store not far away from sparkle. they give me GREAT discounts as well as have repaired jewelry for me for free that they knew i DIDNT even buy there a few times like today when i got something fixed for free that i didnt buy there and they knew i didnt buy it there. this is the only jewelry store that i do business with in this area now, and they have QUALITY jewelry at GREAT prices! and i am the wife of the person whose name this review is written under. robin

I been sparkle jewelrys custumer for 7 years and all the jewelers i need and all the repairs i do i am 100% satisfy with the quality ,service and the price. they are very reliable and honest that is why i am always recommend them to every one . thank you sparkle for every thing because you always make me happy .
