My husband and I just recently purchased a king size mattress and box spring from the Sleepys in Shirley and we were more than pleased. We havent had a pleasant experience with a big purchase like that in a long time! Majority of the time, we hate going into places like car dealers, furniture stores or other retail stores because the sales people are right on top of you or very pushy, looking to make a sale. Not here! We worked with the store manager, Paula, and she was the epitome of accommodating and professional. We actually came in earlier in the day, couldnt make a decision, left, went and shopped around some more, went home and did some more research online, and low and behold, returned right back to her the same day to complete a sale. She was far from pushy, answered our fifty million questions, and even after the sale was complete, still gave us her time to answer more questions we had about pillows! She was very pleasant and personable as well and really worked with us to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely be going back in the future for all other bedding purchases! Thank you Paula!

Paula at the Shirley location provided timely and helpful advice regarding the purchase of a new mattress. She let us know all the important information regarding the products we were looking at. Paula was extremely attentive and she listened to all of our concerns with a great deal of patience. I was very thankful that she explained which products would suit our needs best. She had a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and the delivery personnel for their speedy and efficient services. We were able to pick out a bed the same day able to complete the transaction within minutes (and at a great price!). Thanks to her attentive and alert presence we were able to sleep comfortable within a day.

Purchased a bed than found it cheaper online. Went back and the greatest customer service rep and manger gave me a better mattress at a Cheaper price. I seen it on line for a reduced rate and Raymond and guy the district manager gave it to me without issue at the internet price... I will recommend everyone I know to go here their honest and prompt to help in any way. THANKS A MILLION.. Update: I got the delivery and they left my old box spring outside my door after I asked they take it. And the store will not answer the phone so they can come back and get..... Very pissed at this time

Paola the Showroom Manager at Sleepys in Shirley, provided us with excellent friendly service. She went above expectations to acommodate us on getting the bed we ordered. It was on backorder until October 4th, so she was able to replace it with an upgrade for the same price. She was very knowledgeable which helped us make the best choice for our needs. She answered all of our questions and even questions we didnt even think to ask. We would like to thank her again for a very enjoyable and pleasant shopping experience and would recommend visiting this location to family and friends.

After shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm, Shirley, I was pleased with the individual who helped me choose the perfect one. I was shown an entire range of mattresses, both quality-wise and price ranges. My first mattress was a firm Stearns and Foster, and I had a hard time deviating from that choice. I was about to go with that one, and then I tried again the Simmons Beauty Rest Bay (firm) which happened to be half the cost, but equal in comfort for my back issues. Thank you Matt Page.

I went into the store expecting to just look for a mattress and was a little overwhelmed. The store manager, Paula came right over and offered to find my exact feel for a mattress and was able to find something in my price range. She was very patient while I tried deciding what I liked. I didnt think I was going to find anything but I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend!

We bought a serta icomfort mattress from this location and its great! We went in pretty much knowing what we wanted, and Paula made sure we got exactly that. She was extremely knowledgable and helped us get a great deal. We were able to get free shipping, and even the crew that delivered our mattress were kind and courteous. There was definitely no stress involved in buying this mattress and now were sleeping better than ever!

But had explained to us in detail the benefits and options of them all. We are looking forward to our new bed. So if your shopping for a new bed, certainly consider this store and manager in Shirley. Oh yeah, and the ceiling is painted a nice rust color.

Went in shopping tonight for a bed for my mom and Paula was AMAZING!! She was so helpful and sweet. She got us a fantastic deal and we saved a few hundred and got my mom a great bed!
