AVOID THIS PLACE and the terrible service! They are the worst! These people are the rudest merchants I have ever encountered. We have shopped here once in a while but we will NEVER return!!! My husband and our friend went there to purchase and were utterly ignored. They stood there in the store for about 15 minutes and finally left because the cashier refused to even look their way. When we called to inquire why they were treated with such unbelievable and unreasonable disrespect and disregard, the owner actually very rudely stated that they were too busy and then abrubtly slammed the phone down and hung up us! Town and Country liquors, just up the road, has never treated us this way and their prices are much more reasonable, anyway. Go anywhere else and you will be treated as a person! We are never going back!

My favorite wine shop. You might not recognize the wines here because theyre not the run of the mill. But dont let that worry you. The owners Suzanne and Jordan know every wine in the shop. You tell them your taste, budget, and the occasion and theyll find you a great wine. While some pricey, most are in the $10-25 range and few are over thirty. Their limited and select offerings of hard liquor tend to be somewhat more expensive, but so worth it. And the icing on the cake, Free Tastings every Friday night and always something special for Saugerties First Fridays.

Although this wine shop is new to Saugerties. It has the feel of time gone by. The owners are friendly and make you feel as if you walked into a fifties t.v. show. They have regular tastings and its always a nice place to meet neighbors or out of towners with good taste. They are knowledgeable and good at recommending wine for a meal or occasion. Highly recommended... and its right in town!

I love this store! Its a small store with a great selection of affordable delicious wines. There are always new items in so there is always something different to try. The tastings are a really nice way to try new things. Ive found a few new favorites this way. The staff is always really helpful and can give quick flavor profiles so it never feels like Im picking in the dark.

Unusual, craft wines and spirits with an eye on value. Sweet, accomodating, family run, helpful staff. If you want big brands, go elsewhere; only hand-selected for quality, value, and character products available here. Enjoy. First Friday Cocktails and monthly wine tastings can be very busy; plan accordingly.

A knowledgable and friendly staff who can pair a wine to any meal, budget and event. I go here for all my gifts and regularly stock up whenever I am low. Love walking by the window, too, its gorgeous and inspiring. Cant recommend this place or these people more highly - even though my spelling stinks

Having a shop in the village, I was aware of the parking situation but I thought I would give it a try. I found a place to park and went in. The staff was trying to be helpful but were overly recommending. They spoke o me in a condescending way and were very pushy. I will never go there again.

Beautiful shop in the heart of the village! The owners and staff are knowledgeable and personable. They know their customers, are positive forces in their community and they *know* wine. Selections are unique and appropriate for any occasion and price point.

As a new resident in the catskill area , i found this shop PHENOMENAL. GREAT service & selections. COMPETITIVE PRICES along w a very personable host. Hard to find wines from small vinyards abroad, not your mass produced grapes from upstate.

Excellent wine shop. I always go there and the staff know what I like and can always recommend something. Quite reasonably priced as well. Have seen same bottle of some favorites at other spots for a couple bucks more. Highly recommended.

Wines prices start at reasonable with all being good choices. Staff is delightful and sometimes funny, based on how many drinks you may have already had. Best of all theyre in the Village so theres no need to drive!
