they are rude and do not communicate. You can send emails and make phone calls and they will not return any of them. You can make an order and you can sit and wait and wonder when it might be ready. They will not reply to any of your requests for an update. They also will not anyone else to pick up the order than the person whos credit card that was use..... "that is common sense!" Most websites will let you order and ship to another address than the billing address, but not this place. Even if both parties are on the invoice they still will not give it to you. Dont waste your time, nothing but a run around and a waste of time. I think they biggest thing they could learn is to communicate with their customers!!!!!!

I ordered a case of wine on the 4th of April as a gift for a friend. My friend never received the order. I never heard back from this company. I wrote them 3 emails and tried to call, but no one answers their phones. I gave up and canceled my order. Another company was very prompt in sending the gift. Today (April 23rd) they billed my AmEx account for the full amount of the case. I have no idea if they are sending it or not, but my friend already has the wine and I dont want it sent now! I would never do business with them again.

truely and one the most exellent places to buy wine both on line and instore. i would never guess that place could fulfill my crave for special wine of my taste. i have had an exellent experience with both the owner an sales associate, they have went out of their way to satisfy my needs .... truely amazing service and products where at my finger tips when i thaught they wernt available and surely my order was on time...... thats my new place to shop for wines... thank you verry much..

Selection and prices cant be beat. Would never guess that this place could compete but I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is a great guy so I dont understand that crazy post. Its nice to deal with a person who knows his wine and has lots of suggestions. The workers are extremely helpful as well. I will definitely shop there in the future.

No customer service! Placed an order on the 17th. As of the 30th. have not heard anything from them, even though I have sent several E-mails inquiring about my order. They need to get off the web until they learn how to treat customers! Terrible!

terrible experience dont buy they never answer phone.. and dont respond to emails or their website customer service form. I placed and order and sent repeated emails, left a cell number to call back.. no response. no order shipped nada.

Under no circumstances should you bother ordering online from these con artists. As I discovered after they botched my order, they provide a fake phone number and dont respond to emails.
