Nasty, rude, and awkward manager. My husband and I DID shop there often, but the manager treated us like garbage off the street while we were attempting to purchase a case of wine. Refused to honor a coupon we left at home even though he knew us. Turned around as said, well, thats why we have the coupons --made an odd face and body gestures while saying it. Was willing to lose customers (which he did) and let a BIG sale go over $5. Had to go home in the pouring rain and get it and then he REFUSED to honor the extra portion of the coupon --10% off of the beer we were purchasing. We returned it. Ive shopped at Wegmans wine and spirits for years and NEVER experienced this level of poor service. Ill stick with that. With so many options in the Marlboro and Manalapan area, why deal with this jerk? I wonder if the owners know. I am trying to track them down as well because I am really disgusted with this terrible manager. What a shame because customer service is everything, especially with such GOOD competition in the area. In fact I met a woman at Cambridge Wine and Liquor who says she can order anything for me and match their prices. Wegmans and Cambridge it is.

I have never had an issue with this Wine Academy. I have been to two or three of them. This is usually my go to. They have some of the best prices in the area for wines and alcohol. I usually buy whiskey. They are very helpful and often make very decent recommendations when I am looking for something different, whether it be whiskey, champagne, or wine. All in all, I cant see anything wrong with this liquor store. I usually stop in at least every other week and I cant say I have ever had an issue other than a rare occasion where a rare batch of what Im looking for is out of stock. I definitely recommend.

Large liquor store with a wide selection of various brands. Enjoyed being able to see brands that I usually dont have the option of purchasing, including some better quality brands that are usually more expensive. Staff didnt seem concerned with the customers, said nothing beyond what was necessary to complete the transaction. Id come here if I wanted to try something new, or have a specific brand in mind thats not readily available at most liquor stores. Besides that id rather deal with the smaller stores where you can usually get a better price, and staff are more engaging.

Theresa Capra and her Husband Elliot Capra leave nasty reviews any place they cant get away with stealing or getting something for free. Ive been to this location on numerous occasions and never had any issue. Watch out for them as they will attempt to ruin your business if they dont get there merry little way! Rude and dishonest people.

Terrific display and assortment of Wines with a taste testing area and wine on tap. Just make sure you like what you bought or check the expiration date on beer cases as their policy is clearly printed on the receipt: NO REFUND EXCHANGE OR RETURN. A better return policy than "all sales final" would get a 5 star rating.

Poor customer service and nasty manager. Very rude to patrons that regularly shop this location. Smug about honoring their standard wine case discount. Avoid. Shop at the other liquor stores in Marlboro that respect locals and good customers. This one does not value customers at all.
