When I returned to Saratoga Springs last summer I was in need of finding a new, reasonably priced waxing place. I saw that a new boutique popped up that offered this service and so much more! After receiving my first wax (which exceeded my expectations), I continue to go again and again and even try new waxing options. Its clean, relaxing and oh so friendly! Not to mention Ive also become obessessed with the lingere and undergarments. The staff has been so helpful with my selections and suggest other similar items that I may prefer! Ive walked into other nearby similar businesses here in Saratoga and I did not get the same feel or help. With that in mind - I know that I will always be a Chic Underneath client! I always recommend my friends and co-workers to try this new place out so you should too! I <3 Chic Underneath! :o)

I went in for a waxing a week ago, and already cant wait to go back! I was referred to Sam by a friend, and it was a big deal for me because in my 30 years Ive never gotten a wax! I thought Id start with a French Bikini (it being my first time and all), and couldnt believe how painless and fast it was! Sam left me to get dressed, but I wrapped myself up and called to her from the door. I asked her if she had extra time if she could just keep going! I figured why not go all the way if its this painless! She was so sweet and accommodating! (Im sorry it didnt occur to me until later that it couldve been her lunch hour!) She was so nice! I was so happy leaving there! I will never go back to shaving and I will keep going back to Sam! She is a lovely lady, a professional--EXTREMELY good at her job! Thanks Sam! It was perfect! <3

Sam the esthetician is fantastic. First time in ages that I have been really happy with a leg wax. Most places try to pull the whole legs length if wax off in one swipe, its quicker for them but results in a lot of breakage which leads to ingrown hairs. The clerk whose name I didnt get spent the time I was getting waxed looking for my size items. When I was done with the wax there were about a dozen items for me to look at. And their prices are great for Saratoga.

A charming lingerie store with a professional, helpful, friendly staff and not only is their lingerie fun but their waxing is the best in the area and Ive referred my friends there too. They were great at assisting with lingerie purchases and if you call for a wax theyre also happy to pull your sizes and that way you can leave with a little special something too. Ladies, this is a great addition to Saratoga and you will quickly become a regular.

Great first experience at Chic! Ive tried several waxing salons and this is now my absolute favorite. I tend to have very severe allergic reactions - none here! Clean, private, quick and professional. Kailyn spoke to me the whole time and was very efficient. Cant wait to go back here again! Kailyn was very accommodating to my allergies and even put on a creme I brought with me to help with my allergic reactions.

I never had a brazilian wax done because it made me kind of nervous to ever get one. Then I found Chic Underneath!!! The esthetician Kailyn there makes you so comfortable and relaxed, the lingerie is adorable, and it is well worth the price.
