I LOVE THIS PLACE, HERES WHY; AT FIRST I WAS SHY TO TALK ABOUT WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN, but after being warmly greeted by Carly, one of the managers, who showed me that we were just two people having a normal conversation about normal parts of life, I relaxed and allowed the staff to help me find what I was looking for! THIS IS A GREAT, NO-SHAME ENVIRONMENT. They made me feel very comfortable.I was also impressed by the selfie station with some of my favorite adult film stars Cherokee Dass and Pinky! Not to mention, naughty Barack Obama (mannequin) made an appearance! THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING! I always like to get silicone toys because of the smooth, matte, velvety feel, but prior to coming here I did not know that silicone is actually more hygienic for you than plastic, TPR, PVC, and even elastane! Apart from their outrageous prices, towards the back of the store is a glass case that holds a variety of different butt plugs for display (that are not in any sort of box). I purchased one ignoring the insane price thinking that I would receive a box or they would take one stored in the back (where they may pull their items from), I was wrong. They sold me the butt plug that everybody touched right in that glass case, with no box (just a small pouch). Now ultimately it was my fault because I bought it, but how are you going to sell items that are not packaged in their individual boxes to consumers?? I dont understand that.

Romantic Depot in New York is the best Sex Shop in NYC. Not only do they have the largest selection of sex toys, bondage toys and sexy lingerie but their prices and customer service is very solid. A gem here in the Bronx and the best adult store in NY hands down, Carly & Naoni , Ashley Carlos, and Jenna were great. and all helped me find different items in different departments, btw they have amazing bachelorette gifts and a smoke shop with a nice selection of hookahs My girlfriend and I will be back soon!

Went to Romantic depot on a Friday night. Very easy to find from the subway. A couple minutes walk. They were very welcoming when we first walked in. We had a very helpful woman named Jena who answered all of our questions and gave us the best advice about what was the best things to buy and what wasnt so good. She was super knowledgeable about every area and all the stuff we wanted. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to go to a adult toy store to visit the romantic depot in the Bronx.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I ordered from them and there was a mishap on the post offices part, my package was sent back. Chris and Omar stepped in and made my experience great! Omar even came and delivered my package being that the store was in close proximity. They listened to my needs and went above and beyond to insure I got exactly what I needed. To be honest, its hard to find a sex shop in the bronx that is as well stocked and well informed as this store. I gladly have made several purchases here and even opened my horizons because of this store. The usual associates I have come to known are ashley,who is both very knowledgeable and understanding, and carlos. I always recommend this store and I only hope it continues to grow and exceed my expectations.

Well when I walked in I was not greeted warmly. The guy with the glasses who is the owner spanish short mexican is not a customer friendly person. He has a very mean demeanour. I spend about 120 forst time. He didnt even tell me about spin to win somethi g free. A friend told me she did it. When I went back a second time he still had that same not so friendly face. And because of that I will not go back.

The store is awesome and the staff was great. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted. Jenna is awesome, she took the time to explain and demonstrate how things work. She also made some suggestions that I will keep in mind. I never felt like I was being pressured to purchase anything. I will definitely go back. The guy behind the counter was great too. The staff has excellent customer service.

I enjoyed my experience. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Ana and James helped me pick out my product. There were so many different categories to choose from. They have a lot of nice lubes,oils, lotions, candys, and vibrators. Check out there fetishes section and thir dolls. I will definitely refer my friends and I will be coming back. I visited The Romantic Depot on 10/11/2015 and I had the greatest experience. Genie, Carlos, Goddess and Carly were so helpful and I did not at all feel pressured. I was taken over to the demo station and showed by Genie The Share which can be used for me and my husband and I was sold immediately. This new place is awesome and has a little bit for everyone. Easy to get to. I will visit again soon.

Randomly passed by this store and decided to go in with my boyfriend and got welcomed by some great people. Not really big on sex fetishes but the employees were very helpful with telling us what we should and shouldnt do. Great store but a little pricey. If youre willing to spend a few bucks this is a great place for you especially if youre trying o enhance your sex life in the best way.
