Shopping at Romantic Depot is a true delight. I am used to the adult stores in the city, and while they are more convenient (but more expensive) I will definitely be visiting this store next time I find myself in Westchester county. The store had an impressive selection of lingerie, toys, and movies. What really made this place stand out for me was the staff. I was assisted by the store manager, Erin, and she created a true personal shopper experience for me - not something typical of the overtly aggressive tactics used by the shops in the city. The store is clean, well organized, and was playing some awesome music when I visited. Erin and the other girl working there Crystal were both extremely educated on their products, honest, and made my trip well worth it. Highly recommended. 10/10 would come again :)

I was slightly nervous about shopping here, but as soon as I walked in the door I saw Tina & she was so helpful and friendly. After a few minutes of browsing and chatting with Tina, another employee named Erin came out, greeted me and also offered to help me. I bought lots of goodies to take away with me for a romantic weekend with my husband. Without being pushy, Tina navigated me through the different departments paying attention to my replies so she could suggest appropriate items. Erin helped ring me up and complimented my choices as well as made some last minute suggestions. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had, I left feeling super sexy and confident. Dont be shy just go in - it is so worth it!

Romantic Depot is an excellent sex shop with a wide variety of vibrators, sex toys, lingerie, movies, massage candles, lotions and lubrication. Two individuals in particular, Alex and Erin, provided me with expert advice about their products and which I should pick to spice up Valentines Day. Their convenient location in Elmsford, NY of Westchester County is minutes from the Bronx with hours that cannot be matched (open til 12am 365 days a year). My significant other was ecstatic to say the least, but is even more excited to check out the merchandise herself in the near future. Romantic Depot was the first and only adult entertainment store Ill ever be shopping at.

Ive been spoiling my family, friends and myself shopping at this store for the past ten years. I love the ladies of the store, and am pleased to always get a warm welcome when I come visit. These ladies REALLY know their stuff and are overall class act women who always help me whenever I need. They know my lady bits are my most important part of my body and they always make sure I am leaving with the top of the line product and a smile on face. If you havent been to the Romantic Depot, (my Home Depot) at the Elmsford location then you are a fool. Get up, put some pants on, (or pasties, whatever) and get your panties over here so they can get wet!

OVERPRICED KNOCK-OFF Products! I bought something quite expensive here, and was promised it was top-of-the-line, brand name product. When I got home I realized there were no logos or markings on the product I got, which was different than the demo they showed me at the store. I searched online and found the one they gave me, it was a chinese knock-off brand valued at less than 1/4 the price they charged me. The product works, but it was NOT what I was led to believe and they gouged the price BIGTIME. I would recommend you go elsewhere, or just order from a reputable site online.

Had a great time the other nite. Comfortable atmosphere and fun staff helped me and my boyfriend put together a great gift bag. The selection was amazing . I told the sales girl what I was looking for and she showed me a wide variety of what might work. My boyfriend and I had such a good time we wound up staying over an hour laughing and talking with the Depot crew.They even gave us some free goodies at the register. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends to Romantic Depot.

I was really nervous about initially coming here. Id never been to an adult store before and this was an amazing experience. The store is a lot bigger than it looks, and it has an incredible atmosphere. The staff is super friendly! I had the pleasure of being helped by Dacia, who didnt hover around me or pester me. She was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and above all honest. I will most definitely be back!

I came into this store for the first time and was immediately impressed on how clean and organized it was. This made my whole shopping trip all the easier to navigate through. I also enjoyed the amount of selection they had. The staff was very knowledgable and kind, Victoria in particular made my shopping trip easy. Romantic depot staff was absolutely amazing and helpful when I went for an impromptu visit. They took me through everything I wanted to look at, pulled items from the back, and talked me through all of my options. They were friendly and had so much useful advice for me. It was such a pleasure to finally go into a sex shoppe that didnt give me the creeps. The women that own and work the place were so helpful in showing me lots of good stuff and made the whole experience fun and sexy. I recommend this place for first timers and women that feel comfortable going into a sex shop. Lots of stuff too.

The staff was very easy going and relaxed. Ive been there many times and had a good laugh with them. As soon as you go through the door iss a judgement free atmosphere but knowledgeable experience.......Id give them 7 stars but only allowed to give 5 like I told them I was going to do.
