Never shopped in Kmart Before. After visiting them for the first time it was the worst experience ever. After finding what I was looking for and bringing it to checkout I was asked to provide my phone to look-up my sears rewards which I provided but the cashier picked the wrong account and refused to void the transaction because it was after a certain hour. After taking my items and moving to another register(which I waited in line again) she was able to void the transaction . I asked for the store manager to address this issue. The store manager had no clue a policy like that existed and didnt even show any concern or try to even address the issue. the cashier looks at me and smiled and didnt even bother appologizing. (Which I think it had something to with my race) NEVER STEPPING A FOOT IN THOSE DOORS EVER AGAIN. BUNCH OF LAZY EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER(ANGELA) THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING A FAVOR TO ME FOR BEING THERE. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible place. Never have what I need, even simple things like popsicle makers. The employees never know where anything is, but who can blame them, they have a new person every week. Its like they cant hold onto anyone. They had a sale on a toster but none were out on the floor so I asked if they had any in the back. I had to wait 20 minutes before the kid came back to tell me there were none. Looks like they dont have any dedicated warehouse employees to help out those on the floor.(had a friend who was buying a gizibo and they made her wait an hour before it was brought to the front. And the price was wrong, 500$ wrong). I wouldnt shop here when National Wholesale Liquidators is right next door, has better items and at better prices!

Kmart has it all. Amazing store that people dont want to admit that they shop here. I love buying the candy the day after the holidays- Half price candy!!! Kmart has great household items which I purchased after storm sandy -they had a wide selection of plastic storage boxers and hangers. The blankets and sheets are itchy and scratchy but the decorative pillows are cute. I like the Princess ones! Recently, I was able to buy sale items after the summer season like shovels and rakes.

Store clerks were very helpful. However I was mistreated my Nathans Hot Dog stand they have inside the store. I was asking to remove the chips from my hot dog and the girl refused stating she had to prepare exactly as in the picture. Kept asking me to repeat what I was saying like if they were deaf. Seemed to me they did not wanted to prepare my order. The hot dog was not plump and looked like it was reheatedelicious and a left over fm the day before.

This Kmart is THE WORSE KMART I ever been too. The store is nice and it does have a lot of different choices but the employees there are beyond rude both on the phone and in person! What should have been an easy transaction turned into a nightmare because of the way the customer service employees handled it, very unprofessional, pushy and just plain rude! And this is not the first time! I will never shop there again.

The employees are nice enough in person. On the phone is a different story. They answer on the first ring then place you on hold until you hang up. Ive been regularly placed on hold for over 15 minutes, even after complaining about being placed on hold before. So far none of my phone conversations with them have led to any answers. Its a bad habit, and this review is also being sent to corporate.

horrible customer service managers are in their own worlds the phone lines are always busy i bought a bicycle with a one year warranty its a piece of crap broke down in 2 months waste of 200 bucks they wont even look at it because i lost the receipt even with the credit card they wont help me out they should have a computer to look me up

The employees on the floor, were rude and unprofessional. They would rather laugh behind your back instead of taking the time to help you find what you need. I was not impressed. Im only giving it 2 stars because the cashier was polite.

Not a very well stocked Kmart. Last time there I browsed around and could not find what I was looking for. When in the frame department most were damaged. I did manage to find a pair of jeans in my size for a good price.

Nathans food tastes slightly better then the entrails of a rotting slug. The parking lot on the other hand is a real feast when looking to buy iPhones from complete strangers.
