Before going to Battisti jeweler, I only had a vague idea of what kind of engagement ring I wanted and what my budget was. After walking in the front door and talking with the staff I knew I had come to the right place immediately. Over the next few weeks the staff helped me do research on ring designs and precious stones. They explained different quality of stones and metals and showed me exactly what the differences looked like in person and under their microscope. They made a custom spin on a design that we found online, and made sure I was happy with the design, stone, and price I was getting before making the ring. I told them my budget upfront and they were extremely respectful and realistic with my options. I never felt any of the pressure experience at other jewelers and I got a ring I am proud to give to my fiance with a custom design, stone that I love, and in the budget that I set out for. If you are looking for a business that puts customer service above all else, there is no better place than Battistis.

My experience at Battisti Jewelers was extraordinary. They have a great selection, and ability to special order things not currently in the case. My fiancé purchased my diamond engagement ring and was able to hand select the diamond and mounting. Lucio was fabulous he made sure we were totally happy with the purchase. I had my ring sized while I waited ...super important to anyone newly engaged. I also purchased gifts for my wedding party, a watch for my husband to be and just the right jewelry to match my wedding dress. I cant say enough good things about Battisti Jewelers.

Ive been going to Battisti Jewlers for several years now and have no complaints. The owner is always very courteous and will bend over backwards to make sure I am satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. I have recommended the store to many of my friends who experience the same exceptional service as well, whether it be repairing their jewelry or buying a new piece to add to their collection. The selection of new up and coming trendy pieces of jewlery along with the staff are what keep me coming back to the store.

Our family has always been very satisified customers of Battistis Jewerly & Spa for many years...they are VERY knowlegable and their staff is great! I just want to comment on Battistis donation of an beautiful engagement ring to that poor young man who had the ring stolen from him (R News 6/17/11). That was not only a generous gesture, but a sincere reflection on how kind & wonderful the entire Battisti family is. Kudos to you all! (Gionta/Hagler family)

What a gem of a place, no punn intended! hah. I was searching for the perfect anniversary gift for my husband and decided to try Battistis Jewelery. I know how much my husband loves nice watches so i went in to tell them what style and price i was looking at spending. They helped me find the perfect one. They took the time to explain the various types of features and styles that would compliment my husband. Amazing service to say the least.
