Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired!! Went to Jareds Friday to get my ring cleaned and to have it resized. I was also going to purchase a few Pandora charms and rings. I signed in when I first got there. There was only one person ahead of me and a worker helped him out in a timely manner. There were two women at the register and one height challenged guy. I was okay with the two women at the register "ignoring" me...after all they were busy with the register. I walked around the cases quite a bit looking at all the pretty baubles and picked out what I wanted to see/try on. The guy walked out from the register area several times and looked around. Not once did he ask if I needed help. I finally started looking at a catalog and overheard this guy (worker) ask a person if she was before me. She said "I was here before her (meaning me)" and Im trying to figure out how the heck she got there before me and also seeing her name below mine on the list. The male worker should have LOOKED at the list to see who was next! Needless to say I left and not in a very good mood. I drove almost an hour to go there and my time was wasted! I do not appreciate the terrible customer service that I endured! Your employee needs to do his job just a little bit better!

I wish I would have read the reviews before my fiance bought a ring at Jared Galleria of Jewelry. I have never been angry enough to warn others about a company. I have now been back and forth to Jareds 9 times. My ring still isnt right, but I give up. Without boring you with the details I had 4 sales people tell me 4 different ways to solve a simple sizing problem and implement 4 different strategies. My ring has been sized up, sized down, had sizing balls put in it, been sized down again.....and round and round we went. I have still not been able to talk to the actual technician. They need to have people on the floor who are experts in jewelry repair, not just sales people. All I want is a ring that fits, but at this point I just want my money back since my ring has basically been destroyed by being re-sized so many times. They flat out refuse to refund my money....and to top it off we had to pay extra for sizing balls. If you were to spend thousands of dollars on any other product and their staff damaged it they would replace the item or refund your money.

Read the other reviews: Rude employees with poor customer service I took a Tag Heuer in since the crown wasnt screwing in. The watch was purchased at Jared 2 years and 2 weeks ago. The answer on the two year warranty? Oh... so sorry... its expired. When I inquired about the difference between having the repair done through Jared or Tag, I was met with little more than a blank stare and "Tag is more expensive". When I informed the assistant manager (woman with short platinum blond hair) that another Jared store would honor the guarantee (and earn future business), I got a snotty reply of, "well, good for you".

I bought my engagement ring and wedding band here. Working with Yvette was WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and very patient. I wanted to change my order in the middle of checkout and she was able to have me look at their virtual diamond vault and pick out the exact loose stone I wanted. We made sure the dimensions and all the properties were just right to what I needed. She really was fantastic to work with. The store itself had a great selection to pick from as well.

Overall good experience. Happy with the engagement ring I purchased and the help of the staff picking out diamonds. I do however see what other comments have mentioned about the staff, I felt like at times the staff had a bit of arrogance about them especially when calling to have the ring resized.

They are the worst place to have a credit card had a 3500 dollar they closed my account without notifying me because I havent used it in a few months and ruin my credit when I called to ask why wasnt I notified they told me they didnt have to I will never shop at this store again

I recieved horrible customer service by the male manager. The sign in procedure is rediculous. I will never shop there again and I will not recommend Jareds to anyone. Very rude.
