I was excited to see the reviews were good until I walked in. The girls in the back in the weave and wig section were really good very helpful. Especially the young African girl who helped me a lot. However, after being asked about six times if I needed help it was clear that they dont trust the neighborhood. My 13-year-old daughter even felt very uncomfortable after about 10 minutes being there. Although they have black women working in the store, its clear they dont trust the neighborhood. We need to start opening businesses for ourselves! No offense to Korean people but taking money out of our neighborhood is never a good thing Queens Village! After working many years in retail and being an educated person myself I know when you have people in the retail business dont trust people and neighborhood because Ive seen and experienced the racism myself. People you guys really need to wake up and start opening up your own businesses. Ill be first in line to support.

WOW!!! I just got off the phone with a man who did not help at ALL!!! Im currently living in Vietnam and there is no where to buy hair here at all PERIOD!! My friend (a guy) said find a hair place in Queens get the price of the hair, asks them to hold it and I will go get it and bring it when I come visit next week. So I called and I ask how much is the hair? He says, "I cant tell you" Whaaaaa??? Am I missing something, are hair prices top secret information in Queens? HOT MESS!!!

Walked into the shop and got lots of hellos and attention and help. Ive never been to a beauty supply with such amazing customer service. They didnt have a big selection of blonde hair dyes but their selection of Adore colors was amazing! They have lots of great stuff and Ill be happy to keep on giving them my money.
