Absolutely horrible customer service. They didnt understand what my simple request was and they kept rushing my poor mother, who was there instead of me, out the door. They repeatedly did this and caused my mother to get nervous and anxious since she didnt know what to do. I had to stay on the line with my mother to calm her down and help communicate what we needed and the whole time the sales person kept answering both me and my mother rudely and pretended to not understand what i meant. I knew she was pretending because she thought i said orange when i had said blonde. Both words are no where near sounding similar and kept interrupting. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Youre better off traveling a couple extra miles to a different location.

They dont honor coupons all the time and customer service is poor. The bad experience is not worth the few cents youll save.
