This place is lucky i didnt have or know the option to not give it a single star. My sister her friends and myself all have shopped at Lister, most days anyways. The store has a lot of products however their customer service is terrible. The last two occasions Ive been there, the lady I presume to be the owner or manager, shes always there, she made me feel very unwelcome. The first time she followed me around the store as if I was trying to steal something. Im shocked because Ive shopped there before on multiple occasions, I even came there with my sister and was introduced to the owner and her daughter who by the way I went to high school with and she remembers and has acknowledged my face (no problems with the daughter). On the second occasion of feeling unwelcome I dropped a product by mistake and the lady yells out OOOOO YOU BROKE IT, for the whole store to hear, I wanted to believe she was joking g but then after I put it back she comes over and inspects not just the one but ALL the products i stood in front of. I was so embarrassed. Everytime I have shopped there I have never spent less than $40.00, and the only time I actually had to return something (the product was already opened I didnt notice it at the time of purchase) of course they couldnt return it. I am frugal but at the same time the price is not worth the attitude. I am sticking to Selenas beauty supply. Ive been going there since I was a child and they have never mistreated me. It is a smaller store however if they dont have a product they order it on the spot in front of you. Lister beauty supply will not see me again.

Called over the phone to see if they had a product available. The employee was so rude. She acted like I was bothering her by asking about her product. She ended the call by asking me Is that it? and hung up on me. Youd think that if someone is interested, youd be happier to help them. But I guess not. Extremely rude! Learn how to treat customers. Just awful.

It is the best Beauty Supply Store I ever been to...great service fair prices and a very respectful staff Mr Lister is a great man...I strongly recommend ANYONE to spend money here they are very very good
