I must say that I was delighted with the service at Met Fresh Supermarket. By far it has been one of the best groceries shopping experience I have had in a long time. This store holds a variety of products that is convenient for us Americans and Spanish crowds. Is a spacious store where I was able to navigate through the isles without bumping into other shoppers. It has many different departments such as: Meat, Bakery, Produce, Dairy, even a flower shop. Its very convenient for everyone to find pretty much anything they are looking for. Customer services goes above and beyond. Pleasant staff members whom are very helpful. I encourage you all to come out and check this wonderful place out. I really needed an item for a party and showed up, parked my car, walked to the door and it was closed - in the middle of the day. A sign was posted on the door saying something about "this is to show you the importance of immigrants" or something. Dude, i dont mind immigrants, are you harboring illegal immigrants or something you need to hide? You dont need to teach people in this area a lesson as we are all generally accepting of everyone, so dont be douches about it. You want everyone to know the importance? Lets see how important your store is when everyone goes to shoprite down the street, since they dont assume we are racist and need to be taught a lesson.

I had eagerly awaited the opening of the new Nyack, NY store, but was greatly disappointed when I shopped there today. Contrary to advertisements, the sugar snap peas and other produce that I purchased appear to be anything but fresh. And for a store with a grand opening, I had expected some good sale prices. What I found were prices quite a bit higher than other stores in the area. That would have been acceptable if the quality was superior, but it was disappointingly lower. Sincerely, Lisa Honig-Andrea

Well I was there yesterday to pick up a few items and I notice that meat department looked horrible some of the meat look gray color old and smell bad . I like the fish department and the fish and shrimp was always fresh.. Today I went to pick a few Spanish item for dinner and there was a sign that said Close permanently. Well that didnt last a I knew it I saw it coming.

I cant be down with a market that passes over local purveyors and instead imports Chinese garlic. While its a minor issue, it does make me wonder where else everything is sourced including fish and meat. Beyond that, prices are not competitive unless you purchase bulk items.

The supermarket met fresh is a beautiful clean and neat place with a lot of sales. I recommend this supermarket to everyone you will not regret buying in met fresh.

Most things are just fine, mostly typical stuff with some great finds thrown in, and its really great to have a place close by to hop into again.
