They have a fantastic selection of cat foods, cat collars, and live corals and saltwater fish, and the checkout people were friendly, but aside from the beautiful cockatoo, which looked happy and got scritches from a store clerk, the animals did not look healthy. Their canaries looked sick--one of the canaries was curled up in its basket; its head was not visible, and its breathing was labored. The front of the bird section had a giant trash can half-full of old birdseed, just sitting there; it was unclear if the old birdseed was dumped out of the cages into the trashcan or if someone was cleaning the floor, but it was a hazard and looked unsanitary. In some of the reptile cages, the fake plants that are supposed to be attached to walls, etc. had fallen down and were half-on and half-off the tank background (a safety hazard for any climbing lizard, as the rest of the plant could fall on the lizard). One of the store clerks was removing a small gecko from its cage for a guy who bought it, and obviously did not know how to handle it securely but firmly, as it jumped out of his hand and skittered away across the floor until the clerk was able to catch and box it. There were several cages with nothing in them that had not been cleaned--and not in the "we just sold this animal" way, but in the "this sponge is green with mold" way. Not recommended.

I went to the pet store about a week before Easter to buy a baby dwarf bunny. I went there and spoke to two of the employees who were seemingly very nice and approachable. I felt confident in my purchase. Needless to say about two weeks later my male, month old bunny Bear, turned out to be not a male but a female and not a month old but potentially over a year old bunny. At about nine at night Bear, went into labor and had an extremely complicated births that almost killed her because of this pet stores improper care of animals. The next day I called the pet store hoping for an apology but instead talked to one of the nastiest managers I have ever spoken to, who couldnt even apologize for this very unfortunate event. Then he told me to call customer service to talk to a woman named "Linda" who then also proceeded to be a complete bone head and didnt try or even show interest in helping me. So thank you Pet Supplies Plus for putting me through a heart breaking night with three DEAD baby bunnies and then greeting me in the morning with a big old TOO BAD you spent $100 to make sure the bunny we sold you wasnt going to die.

It has not been pleasant. I recently purchased a guinea pig for my granddaughter. The baby animal had only been in the store a few hours. The store DOES NOT inspect their critters.. My granddaughters guinea pig started losing hair within couple days. Store did not offer any sorry to hear that or anything. Just take it to a vet. Well guess what. ...not only does this cute little guinea pig have RINGWORM. so does my granddaughter. So besides the purchase price, setup cost, vet bill, and pediatrician bill, I really think Pet Supplies Plus owes me big time. But I will never do business there again.

Made the mistake of getting a job here. Everyone is sarcastic and nasty, and gives a constant attitude. A really unfriendly environment. People know little to nothing about the animals and Ive seen animals escape their cages several times only to be killed or slowly starve to death. Go to Petsmart down the street because everything here dying or ready to die. Ive seen young members of the team get yelled at for the simplest of things and questionable work ethics. Everything is overpriced and dying, so dont make the mistake of going here.

I have been taking my little dog here for two years...always requesting the same groomer who was awesome. Last appointment we brought him and when we got there were told that groomer no longer works there, no prior courtesy call to let us know (mind you we requested her). Our drive to get there is about 45 minutes so we went ahead and left him. He sits and lets you bath him and will actually fall asleep when groomed..he loves it. Much to my horror below is a pictures of the results...HUGE BALD SPOT ON MY POOR BABY!!!!

I bought a leopard gecko, sick. The kid that worked there, "yeah I thought he didnt look too good." WWWWWWWWWWWhat? We have to force feed it, it has a bone disorder, which to a trained person, (like I am now) would have seen this and recognized it. I bought a snake, like an idiot. The snake will not eat, it was not fed in over a month, had mites, $125.00 vet bill later, still not eating. We will never buy anything from this place again. I advise you not to either!

Im not sayin its a bad store for your pet supplies but it is by far the worse store to buy fish from, I bought two orandas from here ( Fancy goldfish), and one died the next day and the other is currently suffering from ick, while going to perchase my fish you can see that the staff was unorganized and the tanks were dirty. I advise anyone who enjoys aqua life as much as I do, just to go petsmart its just down the road.

Love this store. If you habe a pet or in need of a pet, look no further, go here and thank me later. Besides it being conveniently located and having a big parking lot, they also have anything and everything youll need for your pet. They also habe many pets and juat to name a few; cats, snakes, fish, frogs and so on. Staff is very friendly, willing to go out of their way to help a customer. Very nice store overall.

This place has everything for my cat! I love how they price match(which is nice because that means I get to save more money) and are so friendly. I look forward to coming to this store to get my cat supplies and this is my #1 store for my kitty.

Love this place!! They have a way bigger selection than Petsmart and their prices are cheaper !! also a plus because you can pick your own dog treats in fact Im so impressed I havent shopped at Petsmart for over a year now

Friendly employees,large selection of pet food and accessories. They now have cats/kittens available for adoption. They usually have some very good deals on live fish. They also have birds and small reptiles as well.

Friendly and helpful employees, good selection of dog food, Not the best place to buy tropical fish. If you buy tropical fish here make sure you quarantine before putting them in your community tank!
