Ill give this store two stars because at least Ken was responsive to my e-mails. Thats the best I can say about my interaction though. I live in a secure building and am getting the run around from FedEx about why they cant deliver my package. Kens response was to reach out to his account rep at FedEx and then basically tell me that what I said had happened was a lie simply because the account rep sent him a screenshot of their internal system. For the record, the screenshot was all in FedEx language and from what I could decipher, didnt really contradict what I said. At a previous employer I helped out with shipping and when a customer had an issue with a delivery I was on the phone with UPS (who we used) without a hesitation to actually get the problem resolved. I find it unacceptable to e-mail your account rep and then offer no solution. It has now been 8 days since my purchase was shipped. It needed to go from VA to MD. Thats barely a two day ship time. I was so excited to find this shop to be able to get items tailored for my sugar glider and I loved that they werent too far, but the lack of customer service is completely disappointing.

I bought one of their larger bags of sugar glider food (I think it was 18#), it was supposed to be great, nutritionally speaking, with fruit in it and all that pizazz- well, all of my sugar gliders started fighting over the fruit in their dishes and dug out the pellets in order to get to the fruit bits, and for the first time ever one of my female abandoned her baby whilst on the diet which led to its death, the same mother and father got into all out BRAWLS over the fruit bits, all of my sugar gliders threw more of this food out of the cage than ate it and I am JUST starting to get my critters to be nice to one another again and not dig all of their food out of the dishes. It was just SUCH a bad experience, I lament ever purchasing their product!

I purchased opossum food from this Exotic Nutrition for a kid who recued an opossum alongside my property. She seemed to be taking great care of him. This is the ONLY truly complete feed place for (the super secret recipe for care and feeding of opossums-online the opossum group holds care of these critters hostage for pay) opossum food. If shelters are too full in our area the animals are euthanized, so I didnt even ask this kid her last name or where exactly she lived. I left the food out for her, the opossum did great and is extremely healthy. No issues. Purchased jar of worm/bugs/veggies, bag of complete opossum food, vitamin powder with proper phosphorus/calcium ratio.

Fast shipping! I purchased marmoset food and etc. My marmosets like the food(zupreem and gumivore) but I also decided to give them fresh fruits and vegetables along with the full diet just to add some variety. I bought a sand trimmer tunnel which was very good quality so the price was justified. All and all I give them 5 out of 5 but in regards to no one or nothing being perfect. I can not get my marmosets to even touch the new world primate diet I also purchased.....They just dont like it. But hey there will be somethings they dont like...the ideal is to find what they do and stick with it. I will be purchasing from Exotic Nutrition again and do recommend them.

I love this store. I get everything for my SUGAR GLIDERS here. Always will and always have. Everything purchased and shipped has always came on time and in great condition. Even their cage not bent no scratches perfect and for as heavy it was and crazy but out of everything I ever ordered there cage came the fastest. The toys are great they are never harmful to them. I enjoy the email updates and coupons. They always have new selections of nesting pouches and bonding pouches. My babies are happy and thats all that matters to me. The new silent spinner is awesome. Thanks so much for having me and every exotic pet owner as a customer.

I was thrilled to find this company. My young hedgehog had broken 4 exercise wheels in 7 months, to the tune of $25 each! Exotic Nutritions treadmill wheel is all metal construction and virtually indestructible! If the little beast does manage to break it, replacement parts are available and inexpensive. My order arrived quickly and well packed. Prices for foods and accessories alike are reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchases and will definitely be buying from them again .

We just received our order which came in quickly and with no problems what so ever. Our sugar bear loves her new wheel. Our old wheel was noisy and we always had to put her into a separate room when we slept. However with the new wheel she is back in our room and as happy as can be. Thank you guys so very much!
