As a loyal customer of Dogs and Company, I was skeptical that any other company could take their place. After visiting Whole Pet Central in Columbia now a handful of times, I can say that they are every bit as amazing as I hoped they would be. The staff has been friendly and knowledgable. They go out of their way to assist and make our often anxious dog comfortable when she comes in. They have a great selection of products that are good for pets! In particular at todays grand opening in Columbia, I had my infant son and dog with me. Without asking, three staff members assisted me. They carried two large bags of dog food to the counter and then out to my car for me. They even took and disposed of the bag of poop that I had left in front of my car from my pups bathroom break before we went in. This is the type of service that I have seen on every occasion weve visited, and I look forward to returning often. Thank you all!

Best pet store ever. They have so many high quality nutrition options and healthy treats, tons of non chemical options for any dog thing you could think of, they are knowledgeable about the products they carry and I always look forward to their advice and help. Lots of natural bones, antlers and stuff. And lots of whole food or raw options. This store has it all and the prices for what they carry are reasonable (although the products they carry are sometimes on the pricey side because they are high quality products.) They even have loyalty programs for food by the case- which makes most of their high quality food more affordable.

When it was Dog and Company it was fantastic! Ever since Whole pet bought it, it is awful. All of the Dog and Company people have left, they have screwed up my standing order of dog food every time and the people seem to have no idea what they are doing. I will not be returning.

The people here are very friendly and love to help. Theyre knowledgeable about their products and can give the best advice for what they offer. They have a great return policy for food that doesnt agree with your dog.

Whole Pet Central has plenty of high quality pet products for cats and dogs. All of the food in the store is high quality that I would not hesitate to feed to my pets. Theres also a dog wash.
