First let me say that all volunteer organizations are thankless work. Too often so much good work goes unnoticed and I would love to offer my appreciation to this organization. In my experience with adoption from this establishment was less than satisfactory. My family has finally decided to extent our family with a furry friend. After meeting and bonding with a dog we met with the foster parents who encouraged us to fill out an application for adoption. After submitting the application, we are told to wait a few days for the application to be reviewed. A little more than a week goes by before we get an email that the dog we had planned to adopt was already in the process of being adopted. We are happy to know that a dog can finally get a forever home. The problem arose in the communication with us. If the dog was already in the process of adoption why make us wait so long to know that. And furthermore why encourage us to fill out an application. I just hope this review reaches the business as I offer a thank you for all your work, but also as an example on where they can improve. Thank you

Mutt Mart is a wonderful store with many affordable options when it comes to food, treats and many other items you might need for your animals. They also hold adoption events every weekend that include adorable dogs and cats on site, for some local rescues! This is a great store with friendly owners that everyone should check out!

We absolutely love this place! They do such good work in finding homes for puppies and kittens/dogs and cats. They have a great variety of pet products. YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!! And you might get to play with a puppy or kitten...and who doesnt love that!
