I came to Mamari Jewelers with a tall order: Mount a diamond in a platinum setting. The tall order was that I needed it the same day. Mamari Jewelers came through for me... Their in-house jewelers are very skilled at their craft. The staff and owner are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their sales pitch is not hastened or pushy -- but calm and trustworthy. They clearly wanted my needs and tastes met. I had shopped around for a ball park cost for the mounting and found theirs to be competitive (slightly) but they knocked it out of the park meeting my same-day delivery requirement. My order, though small and simple in nature, was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend anyone looking for jewels, gems, watches, etc. to shop here first.

Professional, courteous, quality. I purchased a loose stone from a private seller. My fiancé chose a setting from Mamari. I typically do not particularly like dealing with professional jewelers - as Ive had a few bad experiences in the past. But I was happy with Mamari. They were professional, courteous, and worked with me. They gave me confidence. And even though I swore I would never let my stone out of my sight - I felt comfortable enough to leave it with them. The engagement ring came out absolutely stunning and my fiancé is elated. Their prices are fair, and they have some very very quality pieces. And a selection of stones that made me think "wow", and I know my stones. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Since then, I have visited this store on several occasions, and each time Ive been I had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely helpful and they know exactly how to assist you with finding exactly what youre looking for. They work with you and your price range, and never pressure you into making a decision. Unlike other jewelers, they work with you to make sure your comfortable with the process and end product. They carry a large selection of GORGEOUS pieces, so you have a wide selection to choose from, and theyve even done custom work on a ring for me once. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result!!

My fiance and I bought our wedding bands at Mamari and were very happy with them. Long story short, I now needed an engagement ring after purchasing the bands. I went back to Melissa, who helped us with the bands, and she showed me a few rings and different stones based off of her memory of my fiances tastes. I was looking for an engagement ring for my bride. I found a beautiful 2 cart elongated princess cut. It was a clean stone at a great price. I looked in NYCs diamond district and just wasnt comfortable buying a diamond from a stranger and if I had any issues I couldnt count on owner or the business being there in the future.I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely will be making future purchases here.
