I am very unhappy with the changes at Mrs. Greens since the new owners took over. This used to be a lovely location where you could feel good about the healthy food choices available, the food was freshly made on-site and where you could sit down to eat and enjoy. - - - - - - No longer. Its now been made into a pseudo-industrial setting with narrow aisles, congestion at the registers, no eat-in tables and employees who are baffled by what is available and who cannot answer for the unsatisfactory conditions. Although it looks as if it should hold more products, Ive found several that are no longer carried. - - - - - - Most importantly, the quality of the food has suffered greatly. It is no longer freshly made. The kitchen on premises was eliminated with the re-do. The food is pre-packaged and trucked in from outside, including the sushi which had previously been made by a chef in-house; it is unappealingly mushed into metal containers rather than the platters previously used; the pastries, muffins and bagels, which I have seen on sale elsewhere, are mass-produced containing white flour and sugar; and when they run out of whats been brought in for the day, such as the soup, thats it. - - - - I have seen a number of customers leave in disgust. I dont blame them. The charm of Mrs. Greens is no longer. It has lost its appeal totally and I no longer feel the need to shop there.

Since the katonah location closed Ive had to come here. Only when I dont have time to go to Whole Foods in Danbury. Two weeks ago I came in and NOTHING was in stock. Tons of shelves clean empty. I thought maybe they were doing a restock and left without getting what I needed. Went today and its even emptier than last time. I asked an associate what exactly they DO have in stock because if you can walk through your store and see that shelves are clean empty and that doesnt alert the manager or employees in some way I dont know what to say. I can understand needing a day or two to restock things but if in two weeks nothing has changed than maybe the store should close until theyre able to actually sell merchandise and groceries.

I liked the old Mrs. Greens best because of its personal touch and atmosphere. Items were easier to locate. Some items that were found in the old Mrs. Greens no longer exist. Prices are ridiculously expensive. I do not shop there like I use to. I shop maybe three, four times a year there as where I use to shop maybe twice a month every month in the old Mrs. Greens. Some things need not to be changed.

Mrs greens is not a good store anymore. Mrs greens used to be a real health food store with knowledgable clerks and specialists. Now it is a want-to-be whole foods that cuts corners ever which a way while demanding premium prices. Amazon sells a lot of packaged organic foods cheaper Ive found. I buy the bare minimum there now because nothing about the store is "organic"

Good organic grocer. Because its small, they dont seem to get daily deliveries of fruits and veggies. Mondays seem like bad days to shop for fresh produce.

They carry top quality products. They also have top quality meat dept. Well stocked supplements and hair and body products,as well as dairy and deli.
