If you understand the value of healthy organic food you will understand the value of this local gem. My husband and I recently moved to this neighborhood from the upper west side of Manhattan where we had a choice of organic stores. Admittedly I am somewhat of a supermarket snob, so I was relieved to find this store during our apartment search. We put up with tight isles and long lines here because we value our health. I appreciate all the work it takes to keep a small health food store fully stocked while keeping prices low. Thank you Good & Natural.

A great health-food store, in an unexpected place! I wandered into Good n Natural while exploring the Bronx, and was pleasantly surprised to discover a fine shop indeed. Not only did they offer a great selection of organic foods and quality supplements, but the prices were uncommonly low, at times less than one would pay online (and in NYC?!?). Whats more, the folks there were friendly and professional. Ive found my go-to in the Bronx, I think. A big thank-you to everyone at Good n Natural. I am sincerely grateful for your service. Keep it up :)

Good n Natural is the only supermarket size.."health" food store in the Pelham parkway area..... The staff is useless and far from helpful, when asked a question, the normal response is wait for the vitamin guy (henry) who does not get there till after 12 noon. If he is off, I am sorry to report you will get no help... One particular employee (Indira) when asked if a product came in pill form or loose powder, was downright unapologetic in her lack of knowledge and was unwilling to even check to see. How terrible is that for customer service...?

It is a small store, but very appreciated in the area. One stop shop for organic products. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are always boxes in the way piled up. This makes it extremely difficult to maneuver in the store w/stollers, carts, baskets or to walk pass other customers. It is also a hazard waiting to happen. Lastly, they need to have at least 2 staff members at the register after 5pm. The lines are always long and slow during the evening rush.

I been shopping for almost 5 years at Good and Natural. Every week i get my Kashi bars, Mix powder, sandwich for lunch and some hard candy for my sugar rush The staff is friendly and knowlegeable of all the items sell there I usually ask for Henry. great guy. Lets keep shopping and keep our bodies clean and healthy. By the way the toner, sunscreen and Cleanser i got there. Have smooth my complexion ladies ask me, How do you keep looking so young? One of my go to places for natural health products. They have a lot of sales. This the one thing I love. Most things are more than whole foods. Not a lot of produce to chose from. This visit I was highly disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone help me. The men were talk to long to one customers and ignore others. They were somewhat helpful but I felt rushed. I was the last peraon in the store. The workers checked out before me. I hope it is better next time.

Definitely one of my favorite stores in the bronx, I always come here to get my teas, natural face washes and various natural and organic necessities. It is a bit small. And since a lot of people come here, you may have to wait in line for 10 minutes tops, but patience is a virtue, also I recommend to stack up on cbd oil, very hard to find and they have it...cancer can be cured in so many ways, people are just blind ..anyways..let me be quiet now lol

Terrible place with poor customer service in addition to foods that are continually expired and still being pushed on the shelves. The good reviews are from people from the Bronx. Enough said. To them anything is good because theyre used to piss poor in every way. Compare this dump to Trader Joes and thats all youll need to know.

lets talk about how the owners of this store allow their employees to disrespect members of this community. Lets talk about how their cashier told me to "shut up" and shes still employed. WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. Ps- I went there at least twice a week and spent at least $75 each time. NASTY EMPLOYEES

Store is good to have over GNC across the street. Not sure of freshness. Vegetables are a rip off and the workers are arrogant and rude. Two of the "experts" are totally in love with themselves and laud it over all the peons, who dare to ask them questions, just how vastly superior they are.
