I went in to get my usual tuna wrap with extra mayo on the side and when I approached the back the women barely acknowledged me even after I said excuse me when she was finally ready to service me I placed my order (tuna wrap with mayo on side ) I noticed she was putting my side of mayo in 1oz cups instead of the 2oz cups I normally get so I simply asked her for another she portioned out a second and when I received my check I noticed the price increase of $1. When I asked her if the price has changed for the wrap (curious because the price was still $6.99 and not the $7.99 she was charging me ) she stated $.50 cents for each side of mayo I said oh I didnt know but thats fine went to the register but it was still bugging me so I went to the cash wrap to pay and I asked again about the charge for side of mayo she told me no they dont charge for mayo. So I said why is it that the lady in the back is charging me? She replies oh I dont know they do there own thing back there let me go ask. She returns with the lady who was servicing me in the back and the women rudely takes the mayo from the counter and says fine you dont wanna pay I take it back I said to her I never said I wasnt going to pay but you know what keep it all and I left the store. I called minuted after to speak with the manager an older gentleman who I explained this to he sounded clueless on how to handle the situation and simply said we can give you mayo ok bye ??? Like really TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE STAFF

I have been going to The Health Nuts for over 20 Years. Victor the owner of the store is a really great guy. Ive never had a bad experience with him. All of his employees have been working there for a very long time and I can see why. Im giving The Health Nuts a five star rating. The whole staff is like Family to me and I always look forward to shopping there. Nelson has been there for years and everyone knows him by name. He is a really approachable person. I highly reccommend you stop by and make a purchase. there is always someone with tons of knowledge to help you with what you need.

Decided to treat myself to a frozen gluten free pizza- the first in literally years. Got it home, and found it to be moldy, which is pretty impressive considering it was frozen. Took it back, and quickly received a refund, which I was pleased about. However, when I suggested a gift certificate or other compensation for the disappointment and inconvenience I had suffered, I was shrugged off. Literally. Badly handled and stored food and merely adequate customer service. Will not be returning- ever. Ill be buying my GF food at Whole foods or online in the future.

This is a great place for your health food needs. The people who work there are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a section that they make fresh food for takeou (this is kind of hit and miss though as far as taste goes). The selection of health food is amazing. Try this place out, I dont think youll be disappointed.
