I ordered $200 worth of goodies along with 3 balloons for my husbands birthday yesterday to take to his office. I ordered a pick-up in person because I have ordered delivery before and they delivered at 4:30 in the afternoon to an office. I expected the delivery to be there by Noon. Anyway, when I arrived yesterday for my pick-up, I was disappointed to see the cellophane wrap was dripping wet inside and it just didnt look fresh. It appeared to have been made the day before and left in the cooler in the lobby. Not at all appetizing. The guy got it out of the case and failed to also get the $44 box of items I ordered, and I had to ask for the balloons, which he then went into the back to blow up. I brought the arrangement to my husbands office and tasted a few pieces of the fruit and they were not at all appetizing. The watermelon was tasteless, as were the strawberries. The bottom of the cellophane wrap had two completely soaked absorbent pads. It was a mess. What a waste of money. I wont go there again. They used to be good, but this was a total day old disaster for a lot of money.

Placed an order for Fathers Day delivery received a call that evening they delivered to the wrong address could they deliver Monday? because yeah I want the Fathers day gift to be gifted the day after Fathers day. They never delivered Monday or called. I call Tuesday and got an excuse that they had to many deliveries that day and couldnt make it. Dont you think an order that was supposed to be delivered the previous day should have priority. Well see what happens today...I absolutely would NOT recommend this place.

Terrible delivery service. Waited 9 hours from tag on door to receive delivery, NEVER got it!! After 4 phone calls throughout the day, they said they would send it next business day. Cant imagine what kind of shape it will be in after being in a truck for a day and a night. Spend your money somewhere else!!

I received a bouquet for Mothers Day and as I started to eat the fruit there were at least 5 pieces that were already wilting. Is it worth it to risk loosing a customer for 5 pieces of fruit. It just doesnt make sense to me. If the owners didnt know it, they will know it now. Quality is very important.

You put in for a del, with no way of communicating with them, because there phones are consistently shut off. No, round about time or del time on order,, just complete crap. Sherri berries best bet, or go get the fruit and dip it yourself.
