I went to this shop to order Valentines day flowers for my wife giving explicit instructions not to include anything other than the specific items ordered. In particular, I wanted no babys breath, no asparagus fern, or any other fill. The delivered flowers were haphazardly arranged in an inappropriate vase and included a lot of fill with small purple flowers. This $140 arrangement was inferior to some for $15 at grocery stores. When I called to complain, the irritated response was they had 400 orders to fill that day. The conversation continued with me being yelled at and the claim of orders filled that day rising to 500. It ended with me being told I should buy flowers from another florist next time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLORIST!! Doris is an absolute nightmare! 2 weeks prior to my wedding we tried to get in touch with her to finalize details, as we were instructed to do. We couldnt reach her or get her to return our calls. 10 days prior we finally heard back, she finally got back to us and was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She said she was going through personal issues and didnt have time to deal with us. She demanded that we pay her after screaming and yelling at us, and said "you better get your ass here with a check". I would never want anyone to go through the ordeal we did!!

I absolulety love this store. Yes they are a bit pricey, but its worth it. The flowers are always fresh and look amazing. They have cute littel things wihin the store. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. I get my mom roses every year for her birthday and anniversary and they always look amazing. Liz and Doris are so welcoming and professional. I wouldnt go anywere else to get my flowers.

Just picked up a corsage for my nephews Chester Prom. The flowers and arrangement was nice but the price was just unbelievably expensive - $38 for a simple 3 small flower corsage??? One of our friends in Monroe got theirs for $24 and in Ellenville last year it was only $20. Without the other florist that was down the street, I think the lack of competition changed the prices significantly.

Absolutely horrible, delivered a gift for us, left it outside the house in a glass vase, completely unprotected and exposed. By the time we realized it was sitting outside we went out to find it tipped over and half dead from laying outside in sub freezing temperatures without any water left. Totally unprofessional wont be using again
