Awful! I ordered two corsages for my son to give to his godparents on his communion. When ordering I walked out very confused. The gentlemen that was "helping" me was inconsiderate and could not seem to get me out of there fast enough. I am a 40 yr old woman who was looking for respectable customer service. He had no time to hear what it was I truly wanted because I specifically asked for NO WRIST corsage....My husband went to pick them up and they look like they came out of the stock crap they give to the teenagers for their prom (which there was one going on that night) and one of them was a WRIST corsage. I am so disappointed and border outraged. He could have sold me on something more expensive and much more beautiful, but he didnt seem to have the time or the inclination to do so. That is the second time I have been there (first time the flowers all died after 2 hours of giving them to my sister) and now this. NEVER again will they receive my business or will I recommend this to anyone I know in the area. RIDICULOUS. Of course I am stuck with it, because my unknowing husband didnt realize their error.

Ordered 2 small bouquets for my daughters recital, a day in advance. Asked to have them ready for the following morning at 9:30. My husband was running late at arrived at about 10:15 / 10:30. No flowers!! They Had no idea what I had ordered wtf!! Florist kept mentioning the Middletown recital and the possibility that my bouquets might have been taken there instead, which BTW I had told them it was NOT at the time I placed the order & informed them that our recital was @ the Sugarloaf Theater. I was able to pick up the bouquets at 11 Am! The incompetence and arrogance of all involved was overwhelming. Had I set a later time for pick up I wouldnt have had flowers at all! First time there and definitely Last! Business rename should be considered: Absolutely NOT Flowers! Giving them 1 star because half is not offered. Disappointed

Can you say Awesome!!! Place an order of flowers for my uncles funeral that turn out to be last minute. Book online from all the way from VA, and called to be sure if they could still accept a order for a same day delivery . Spoke with a lady name Tiffany and she was polite and helpful due to the lost in my family. She said she had to ask the manager first to see if they could do it. She then took my name and phone number to call me either way and few hours later got the call and heard the best news that they could do it and they where on there way to delivery right at that moment. Its very hard to find great customer service these days anywhere you go. Just want to give a big THANK YOU to all who had a hand in this last minute order. You made our day in this tragic lost in our family.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my girlfriends birthday. I came into the location days in advance and setup a drop off time and told them it was time sensitive. They assured me it would be delivered at 9AM. It had not arrived by 9:45AM so I called and they told me I was misinformed because they dont start deliveries till 10AM. Then they told me my delivery would have to wait until after a funeral drop off they had. When they did deliver, they did not knock on the door, they simply tried to ring the bell (which does not work), and left the flowers at the door. Not only was my girlfriend late to the spa appointment(i enclosed a gift certificate), but the surprise was gone. I had to call her to tell her to open the front door. Very disappointed.

Janet was a gem! I called my local florist in PA last week to help me get tulips and she said sorry-out of season and hung up. I know it was last minute but my mother requested these for the funeral of her best friend of 40 years, I was going to make it happen. I called Janet at Absolutely Flowers in Middletown and she was sympathetic and made it happen so I didnt have anything to worry about. She even texted me a pic. By the time I got to the funeral the next day I was even more impressed. The were so BEAUTIFUL in person! Thank you Janet! You made my mother happy. Everything was done as requested. We couldnt have been happier with your service!

Hey everyone, my secretary for our sportsmans club was having a hard time with a request I made of him for flowers for a deceased member today. So I hoped in my truck and drove over to Absolutely Flowers Inc , a Janet Russell Barberio production. I was greeted as if the young girl knew me. I explained my issue and Janets son came up to assist me. I was shown some of his work and walked away leaving the Artist to his work. There is still nothing better than face to face business. And I was able to meet some fine young people. Thank you Janet

Flowers and arrangements do not even remotely match the website pictures. The store claims its due to a large amount of orders and when items run out they do the best with what they have. If you pay $100 for a bouquet and all they have are dandelions and green stems, that is literally what you get. If a flower shop is unable or unwilling to deliver what they promise, then take down all of the dynamic flower arrangements on the website and put up new pictures of what you can actually do, then charge less. Disappointing.

I ordered flowers online from a major 1-800 brand and they were shipped to the wrong address. I called Absolutely Flowers last minute just before the weekend in desperation and the lady was absolutely fantastic. She was able to put together a beautiful arrangement with flowers and chocolates within minutes and had it delivered. She really saved the day and had a wonderful attitude and was so helpful and eager to help. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Great people! Thank you so much!!

I had flowers delivered to my fiancee at here job. In two days the flowers were dead. Called the florist they told me to have my fiancee bring the flowers back for replacement. She works in an office and has a very busy schedule so it was not possible for her to return the flowers. Cannot see why I should have some one return flowers to the shop because they dies for the amount of money I spent on them. I would not recommend this florist.

FANTASTIC Wish everyone in the world was as kind as this woman. She made our night. Even met me outside, [disabled] she made everything easy for me. The corsage was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful white lilies on a diamond bracelet, matched my daughters dress perfectly. She will even bring out the books for you to look through to find just what you need. Thank You :) She even stayed open an extra half hour for me.

Giving a 5 star review is not enough to describe this place. The flower arrangements are beautiful. Everytime is see them in the morning it always brings a smile on my face. Their customer service is phenomenal and the prices is reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. For what whatever occasions, theyre there to accommodate.
