Placed and order through the FTD website which was then handled by Goshen Florist. The flowers that were ordered consisted of lavender,light pink,purple and white flowers. The flowers that were delivered had HOT pink flowers in it, which in turn made the arrangement look ridiculous. I clearly understand that substitutions can be made if the florist does not have the correct flowers/ or colors in stock. But the problem I have is after they were delivered I stopped by Goshen Florist to see if they by chance they had no other flowers of a reasonable color to to the similar picture on the website. While in Goshen Florist they had more than enough reasonable colored flowers to put in the arrangement to not make it look ridiculous. We contacted FTD they contacted Goshen Florist who refused to fix the problem. WE WILL NEVER USE GOSHEN FLORIST AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT THIS!! If you want to receive a ridiculous arrangement of flower and not be even remotely satisfied be sure to contact them, they are company WHO DOES NOT STAND THEIR WORK OR ERRORS

I ordered 4 days in advance for Valentines Day, tried calling all day (every minute for an hour or so) the day of and the phone was busy (I expect off the hook). I ended up showing up at the florist at 5pm and was told they were not delivered yet and that I need to know it was a busy day. There was no excuse as far as I was concerned; the person I was getting the flowers for, left work at 4:30 and never got them till the next day and the quality was not very good. Spent $85 and got just a dozen carnations, 4 lilies and some other filler. I have used Goshen Florist about a dozen times in the past year, never wowed with the quality. Now the service is in question. I will never purchase from then again.

Steve did an amazing job with my flowers! We just got married at Catlin Gardens on 8/2/14 and Goshen Florist helped contribute to our PERFECT DAY! I really had no idea what I wanted for flowers and didnt want to spend a ton of money. Steve worked with me and my craziness and found a beautiful combination for my bouquet that I would have never been able to pick. He worked with my need for matching colors and was totally hilarious. I was completely wowed when I saw my bouquet for the first time! It is a work of art and is still going strong a week later on my kitchen counter in a vase. I highly recommend Goshen Florist and plan on using them in the future!

This is more than the typical florist experience. It is real local folks giving that local touch. It is always more than business. I will not go to any other shop. I have never had a less than fun experience in person or by phone. They are man ready (last minute friendly). They have soo many interesting things on site. Oh and the flowers, outrageous!!!

Steve at Goshen Florist did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding!!!! All I could say was WOW!!! He took the idea that I had I. My head and made it i to a reality and a dream. He did a incredible job on all the flowers. You can see how much log and card he puts in his work because it shows.

I have used Goshen Florist for years. They have always been good to me. I think the guy Frank sounds a little rude and obviously only sees the world in black and white, or should I say cool pink or HOT PINK. I felt it necessary to stick up for my good friends at Goshen Florist. :)
