Very Nice Counter people. However, Picking up the material takes to long. People out side dont understand that we have people on our payroll list. If we do not get the material on time. It does not matter to them. They are still getting paid. Allied has to find out a way to dispatch people with 20 minutes max. Otherwise this is store will be worse than Extech. I spend 20 to 25 minutes waiting for the forklift operator so that they can take pick up sheet, then i waited 25 minutes for the fork lift operator to show up with the material. If I have to go 3 times to the store- three hour will be consider gone.......I notice they are coming up with Express line? What is that?It seem to me that allied is only thinking about making money but not how to serve the customer better. THAT IS NOT RIGHT.
