Today 03/29/2015, I went to Walgreens in Jamaica ave. to pick-up my wifes medications. I did not know were to live my bicycle and the security guard told me to take it with me to the back. At that moment I hear someone screaming;" YO,YO,YO,YO", I stop to look behind me,and was confronted by the store manager, I told this person that my name is not "YO" and that security gave me permission . "Well, I am the manager, and I am telling you no". I was offended by the lack of education and manners also,surprise that Walgreens would give that responsibility to someone with an manial education. It is a shame.

This store is horrible- the customer service here os terrible. The women that work at this store are nasty, slow and unprofessional. I stood on line for a indong time to load my card and the female swiped the card really hard and then said it doesnt work, Ive loaded my card many times before and had no issue. But this worker did not even sound sincere when she told me her system was down. I went to another line and the woman was adding the amount but because i made a comment about how disappointed i was in black women who have indirectly low attitudes and she then said "oh it doesnt work". Thats low.

Worst Walgreens Ive ever stepped into and Ive been coming here for years. The pharmacy dept. is always unorganized and uninformed nobody seems to know whats going on with your prescription. The employees are dismissive & rude, they will say anything to rush you off the phone. This pharmacy used to have really good employees with great customer service but that was years ago, sadly Ill be switching my pharmacy in the near future. They dont even have a parking lot, avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Terrible customer service both on the phone & in person. Also the line to pay is ridiculous. Rather go to Rite Aid and I hate Rite Aid. If you need to go to Duane Reade (Walgreens) go to the one on 178 street. Youll get much better service there.

Calling this pharmacy has been a nightmare. I work in a health center and any time I try to call on behalf of a patient the phone just rings or Im repeatedly put on hold and never reach the pharmacist. A waste of my time and the patients time.

pharmacy sucks got my orders in the wrong name they told me its ok ... with out the v in my name ... i have a twin with that name . unprofessional pharmacy staff waited 50 minutes on the phone to refill one medicine

Pros: very organized, great pharmacy staff. Cons: smells very bad at the enter ace, like a dead animal , spoke to them few times about it but no change yet. Very long lines at the checkout, they need more cashiers.

Worst run pharmacy, period! Told me my Moms medication will take 1 hr to prep. Give them 5 hrs lead time and still have to wait 2+hrs on arrival. This is what happens when monopolies are allowed to exit.

Dont bother coming here. Lines always long. And the pharmacy takes way too long. They told me to wait an hour for my prescription, I come back and hour and a half and it wasnt done.
