I had the most horrific experience at this location. On November 10th 2012 I had to make a quick stop for a wedding party that I was servicing. I needed a 24 hr pharmacy that I could purchase lashes from. It was approx 7 am and I went in and went straight to the cosmetic aisle where the lashes were located at the very end. As I am picking out my lashes, I see a gentleman peak his head down my aisle at me. I didnt pay much attention to him as I just saw another worker in the next aisle that previously saw me. The gentleman then comes down my aisle and stands by me...still oblivious to his purpose i kept shopping. I didnt realize that he was following me until i began walking towards the front, he was walking and following me. I stopped short to see if this employee was REALLY following ME! I pretended to look at eyeliners just to see if I was his subject and sure enough I WAS!! He continues looking and then goes into the next aisle and sadly as obvious as he was with following me it was even worst with whispering. He "whispers" to the other employee.."I have to check the tapes and see if the girl in the hat has taken anything .." He said a few more things but Id heard enough at that point and realized that I was being profiled. If I hadnt needed those lashes that very moment I wouldve left instantly without purchasing a THING from this location. Fuming..I proceeded to go to the counter where there was no one there to assist me. Right on my heel is this same "security". I turn to him and say "Well where is the cashier"..he says "You have to use the self serve register". He is STILL STANDING behind me. I finally turn to him and i say "Were you following me?!" He replies "Yes thats my job" I said "well do i fit the profile of someone who is stealing??!, If you arent helping me to purchase my items you need to back off!". The coward eventually walks away and talks giggling with another worker who just came from the back room. After I purchased my items I went to that new worker who just appeared and asked him for the name of that security guard he told me that his name was "Johnathan" to which I informed him that "Johnathan" was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, AMATEUR, and was quite OFFENSIVE to follow me around a store and accuse me of stealing!!! He apologized on behalf of this Lackluster "security guard" (which i use loosely) and informed me that CVS hires outside the company to hire this guy. I write this to you CVS and to all the other readers...Johnathan the "guard" aka HOUND DOG was not the man for this job! I am a professional woman who was on the clock running a quick errand and have never felt so violated in my life! I will never support this location and will be sure to express this to friends and family.

First I called to make sure my prescription was ready even though I called days earlier and a pharmacist said it would be automatically refilled. (I dont think that actually means anything because it is never automatically refilled even though they say it will be.) Then they said my insulin and test strips would be ready in an hour. I go to pick up my medication 2 hours later just to give them time and they tell me, in person instead of calling me, that they dont have the test strips, which I ran out of and I made that clear the first time I called. Then they say that they cant transfer the prescription to the CVS on 72nd and Northern which has the test strips. Basically holding my prescription hostage until the next day when "If they get delivered" theyll have them. I leave, call the 72nd St. location and they tell me that they can fill my prescription. They proceed to call the 90th St CVS and get it released. Easy. I dont think these people at the 90th St. CVS have any sort of idea what kind of emergency it is when a diabetic doesnt know how much insulin they have to give themselves because they dont have test strips (this could have easily been taken care of if they hadnt said they couldnt transfer the prescription. I think as pharmacists they should communicate more efficiently with each other and the customers so that this doesnt happen to anyone else that has the misfortune of living near this place. Last time I come here for meds or anything else.

The new pharmacy staff is slow as hell. Never had such a long wait for prescriptions called in advance or the ones dropped off on which you are told 1 hr. and they still dont have it ready. The only nice person who seems to know what he is doing is Alejandro all others needs to be replaced with nice personality and ability to work faster. If there is no change, I am sadly going to say goodbye to this CVS and take my business to another drug store.

One of the best CVS I have gone to. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I have always found what I am looking for in a short amount of time. Their pharmacists are quite friendly as well. TIP: If you are going to the pharmacy, make sure you give yourself an extra 30 minutes because it may take a while (depending on the time of day) but it always seems to be pretty packed.

5Stars. That should say it all. However the pharmacy can be a headache. My moms could not fill my Dads prescription for the claim he has to go to his prior pharmacy. They also wanted a lot of forms filled just to fill a script. Absurd.

perfect place to buy necessities quickly. The automated checkout machines work most of the time, but the service can be better. The only drawback is the photo center. Other than that, terrific.

Dont come to this place, they have somebody time your parking, if its over certain time your car will be towed, who wants to come to a place like that, take your own risk !

Theres always room for improvement. These guys are striving to do their best. There is always a bottom line to do more with less. They have high volume with little staff.

The black male cashier whatever he is, is the rudest person you can ever encounter. If CVS is not cutting it for you maybe you should quit! Worst customer service ever.

Quick and Accomplished- they need to advertise as a money gram location. But the fact that they were open, courteous, and everything was quick helps make your experience
