If I could give this Walgreens no stars I would I walked in with my sister and my son .. to get my two year old son milk .. while I was waiting on the line this employee looked at me funny like if I said something nasty to her .. so I assumed it was cause I was in front of her or something so I told her I was here on line As soon as I said that she started getting really hostile and nasty with me mind you Im with my 2 year old son She kept talking while going to the register cursing at me being hostile.. threatening me Saying she wasnt going to take me Now you would think the security guard sitting by the desk in the front would of said something to her being that she was threatening me about hitting me.. but he didnt.. instead he took out his phone and started recording .. now Im looking at him and I told him please get her cause this is ridiculous .. he didnt even acknowlege me .. I looked at the other employees and they was laughing .. she wouldnt take me .. she made everyone skip me .. so i left .. you guys lost money because of a person with no type of manners ! That type of customer service gets your customers to go somewhere else She was rude and very nasty this happened around 3:30pm - 4:30pm (August 20th 2017) Im not to sure of the time exactly but it was definitely in that time frame ! I would never go to this Walgreens and I ask everyone not to go here Because you will the worst customer service in the world that lady has no shame ... WORST WALGREENS EVER !!! And I will be calling corporate because this was beyond ridiculous to have a lady yell and get nasty with me while with my son and family ! You need better employees there And if that was the manager herself then she needs to be fired !!

Best pharmaceutical experience Ive had around the area. There are many pharmacies around 161st and when my doctor prescribed me a certain prescription CVS didnt carry it and the others were giving me an extremely hard time. I called Walgreens...the pharmacy technician said they carried it....i called my doctor and within 20 minutes I received an email telling me to pick up my medicine. Now i can heal in peace. Thanks Walgreens!

Pricing is beyond reasonable for almost everything they have there and the employees are always happy to help. The lines can get really long, but those are rare occasions. The pharmacy itself is excellent.
