Fast and so so friendly...when I didnt have a prescription card on hand they gave me a discount and told me how if I brought in the information with in 4 days I could get my money back. My prescription was filled quickly and Katherine was so friendly and sweet asking if she pronounced my name correctly. Best customer service I have ever received in NY by far!

the only positive is that theres parking and they usually have what Im looking for. However, the lines are always long because even though there are 20 registers, theres only usually two people working. I almost always take longer to cash than to find what im looking for.

I can usually find what Im looking for and I like the fact that they have their own brand of a lot of items and the store brand works well and the price is reasonable. The staff Ive encountered at the store are nice and helpful.

Pharmacy is slow because general shoppers use that register. The store also has the self service checkout annoying. I go to Walgreens equidistant from my house where you have real people waiting on you.

Could be better. The coupon machine is often not working. Long lines for the pharmacy department and they almost never have the items that are on sale, even if you go on the first day of the sale.

Sometimes theres lines. Still have self checkout but most of the time its broken. Pharmacy staff can be curt.
