Poorly run store with less than average customer service. The CVS coupon machine is always broken. The employees fail to maintain it. The button on the doors that enable people that are in wheelchairs to open the doors have been broken for over 2 years. This is illegal and a blatant violation of ADA rules. ( American with Disabilities Act) store items sometimes litter the floor and products are not put out and simply dumped in the greeting card isle. When I complained, I was simply ignored. Many times an item is on sale and its still on the pallet and not put out for display. Ive gone to other CVS and Ive never encountered this blatant disregard for basic customer service and safety concerns. This store is an accident waiting to happen. Why cant this store perform like the forest hills store. I sometimes have to go there to print out my coupons and to shop locally because Im disabled and cant carry a lot of items on the subway. I have to endure all this because a store is poorly run. This store needs a new manager and new leadership to set the standards of customer care and safety. I seriously doubt the reviews that give this store over 3 stars are customers, they are probably store employees. I wish I could give this store zero stars.

This is an okay CVS pharmacy to go to. The carpet happens to have a couple of unsightly stains from the years of little children going in and knocking over nailpoish bottles or body wash, and the entire place just has an air of mustiness. The products have okay pricing, sometimes there are beneficial sales that go on, and other times not. With the employees, a lot of the times there are employees that openly talk about their personal lives with each other, causing customers to uncomfortably be forced to listen in. Most of the times there is also a long line, which becomes more unbearable than it should be because the line reaches the start of isles, and blocking off space for customers to be able to walk through comfortably.

If you care about your health or your Patients safety you will AVOID this pharmacy. On multiple occasions they have filled the prescription with the wrong quantity of pills. They gave away my patients prescription to another customer, and then insist that we picked it up. The patient is left without medications. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, and insist that you contact the insurance company. Highly unprofessional behavior, and ridiculously long hold times over the phone to top it all off. Just a friendly warning, avoid this pharmacy.

Everyone Ive come to this location the store manager is the worst,he is not approachable at all he dont greet u he is not professional to the customers nor the staff he talks to the staff in front of the customers like garbage, he is not nice at all. The store is always dirty. For now on Im will go to the walgreens across the street.

This pharmacy has very poor service. Takes too long to answer the phone call and onced answered, they will put you on hold and will let you wait for like forever, or youll get lucky if they come back and pick up your call. I had to call back again to speak to pharmacist bec apparently they forgot i am on the line waiting.

They need more Custumer service and kodak printing machines are always broken at this cvs location . They also have a very poor staff of in pharmacy they never followed up with me being im a new Custumer in cvs they never let me know about my prescription never did they call me to confirm

Terrible discounts, store layout and customer service. Everyone there always has an attitude whenever I go. They definitely need better associates in sales & pharmacy. Also theres always a mess in one or two of the aisles.

The retail manager and a clerk are worse, I had to wait 25 mins for a cream which need to be out from locked shelf. They didnt care that I waited and not even a single word for delayed. Sucks!!!

Even managers dont know the coupon policy and try to act like all smart on you. Once you prove them wrong, they frown upon you everytime they see you after that.
