My wife recently went to have a prescription filled and the Pharmacy lost the prescription. When I went the day after leaving the prescription to pick up her medicine, the girl behind the counter was very polite and said that her medicine was not available and will not be available any time soon, that they would have to call the doctor and ask her what other medicine she could take, to come back the next day. Next day arrives and I go to the very warm and personable walmart employee (sarcasm) who tell me that my wife is not in the system and that he has no more information for me, that if i wanted to know more, I would have to step over to the other window, so I did. I was then helped by a very busy, what I can only guess what the head pharmacist at that time, to only have her tell me that there is no record of my wifes rpescription in the computer or on all the clips where they keep miscelanous prescriptions. So now we have to wait the whole weekend without her medicine until someone can get a hold of the doctor on Monday and ask what other medicine she can take and to have the doctor prescribe it. Hadnt had any problems before, but the one time that is burned into your memory is the one when they messed up big time. Sucks for them, going to a new pharmacy from now on.

Pharmacy is super excellent. They will fill prescriptions while you wait if necessary and Ive never gotten an inaccurate filled prescription in more than 10 years, though I get several refills every month. I call in refills (they also have an automatic refill service) and theyre always ready the same or next day. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I used to get prescriptions filled at another well known, nearby pharmacy and they made errors about every 4th time I went to them -- errors I had to detect, so dangerous -- so switched over to this Walgreens. I dont know how they work so fast -- always working -- and yet are so accurate.

Very loyal customer of this conveniently located 24 hour pharmacy and store. The pharmacists are professional, helpful and kind. They will fill prescriptions quickly as needed and take the time to answer your questions. Closest place to hospital to fill a script in the middle of the night, which years ago gained our loyalty as young parents of a kid who would get asthma attacks. Bonus with a chain. Like Walgreens is that you can refill prescriptions while traveling. Store clerks are pleasant too and they have a great selection of candy (shhh... Dont tell my husband)

Walgreens generally has good deals but this store sucks! I use to by with coupons and the staff is NOT coupon friendly. Its like they are doing a big favor to you accepting those. I have being overcharge several times as well and i only go back there because has no other Walgreens around here. seriously change the staff,change the management,.. I dont know, but you will have a big grow on costumers with some changes there.

I dont have many problems with this store. All the staff that Ive talked to have been friendly, especially the night crew. If youre expecting people to go out of their way to ask you how they can help, you may be disappointed, but whenever Ive asked where to find something Ive always been given very good directions on how to get to it, and the employees have been very nice about helping.

I absolutely hate going there....too bad I live close by and sometimes dont have another choice. Never in my life have a received such poor, unwilling, unresponsive, rude, unprofessional, plain horrible service. Walgreens corporate would do themselves a favor by replacing the entire locations staff with ones that actually care....this is one sorry branch.

I wish I can rate it ZERO star, terrible terrible service, very rude cashier, unwilling to help, I even saw they hid some sale items for themselves, pharmacy staffs are good but I transfer all my familys prescription to CVS because I cannot tolerate their poor store customer service anymore.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Cannot process a prescription to save a life. Would not go here for life saving medicine. If you enjoy being stressed out in picking up a simple app based refill order, and wasting 3 hours waiting for it after pickup, do come here.

I am not impressed with Walgreens. The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. There is a large selection items but you can wait for eternity to pay for them. I only go if I need something right now and am in the neighborhood. The sale prices are really good.

This store was recently renovated and has a good selection of stuff. The pharmacy is open 24 hours (which is good) but service can be very slow.

The WORST Walgreens in U.S! Service is horrible and even though its empty, theres always a line that takes forever.
