Fool me once shame on you. Fool twice I will never return to your store. I have bought groceries on and off for a couple months here because it is unfortunately the closest real grocery store to Cornell. The selection is poor and the produce as well as deli selection are hardly fresh. I used to buy "fresh" vegetables regularly here, but stopped after a couple times because they would spoil in the fridge in a couple of days. Also service is unhelpful and occasionally snippy. Not exactly the best shopping environment. Nevertheless, I have continued to go there despite the high prices, poor customer service, and iffy quality food. Not any more though. I purchased one gallon of milk that was close to expiration and it was bad within a couple days. The milk I bought to replace this one was actually 3 days beyond the expiration date. Yes, I am partially to blame for not checking the expiration date, but there should not have been expired milk on the shelf. Shame on me, but really P & C Fresh shame on you. I hope this review steers other shoppers far away from this store.

The prices are more expensive than Wal-Mart and theres less overall selection. Some of my favorite items are sometimes not stocked when I shop, and I have to decide on replacement items (ie, if theres no Tyson-brand crispy chicken fillets I have to get chicken patties instead). One thing that bothers me is that this store has virtually no items you can buy in bulk - except household things like toilet paper and paper towels. If you want to buy 6+ ramen noodles, you must buy them individually. Ill note that they recently improved their international cuisine section to include different selections of rice which you can purchase in larger quantities than before. Also, I dont know why, but I really enjoy the Indian curry they have. You can also buy naan too.

The donuts are fresh in store- and the BEST in Ithaca. Mostly where my rating comes from. The beef is great and when on sale its reasonably priced, but Ive never bought chicken(tried 3x, the first two I figured couldve been a mistake) that wasnt spoiled(looks fine but smells when you peel the plastic off). The butchers and meat workers are helpful and knowledgeable, they do serve questionable chicken though. Never had an issue with their dairy, but I choose my milk on which has the farthest out date as we dont drink a lot of it, not based on fat percentage. Their prices suck though, unless you go for sale items.

I stop here occasionally and Im never disappointed. The size of the store is "just right"; when Im at Wegmans, sometimes I just get a little lost in all the merchandise. Also, I dont think Ive ever waited in line...there always appears to be a waiting cashier when Im done shopping and ready to check out. When I was there last week I snagged a special deal on Lucky Charms (Limited Edition St. Patricks Day version...GREEN CLOVERS GALORE!!). Magically Delicious Indeed!

Desent store that cares a little of everything. It cateres to Cornell students and faculty that live in the area and are the ones that primarily shop here.. ( Ithaca coffee, Piggery pork products, etc. ). Lines are short and staff are great. That being said they are on the pricy side. They are fine for a quick stop and go but for regular shopping you will feel the pinch.

I go there several times a week. great selection, baked goods are dope af. the cashiers can be kinda grumpy, but i dont really blame them haha, its not the most exciting job i imagine. also the manager is a super chill guy. im docking a star because they have a place where you can recycle cans and bottles, which is good, but the machines malfunction all the time

My husband and I went in for the first time. Prices are a little higher (in general) than TOPS but the selection is good. We were a little disappointed in the signs in the meat dept. Because it looked as though something was on sale that wasnt. Other than that, they have a good selection and sell local produce as well as CTB products.

Quick and convenient. Has what I need, although it doesnt have the wide selection or varied sizes and varieties that Wegmans has. Still, youll find whatever you are looking for here, including fresh items from the butcher, deli, or ready to eat section. There are also can and bottle returns here.

very calm in comparison to the other stores in town, but a great selection of products at all price levels. Lots of specialty food items including local cheeses, dairy, meat (in freezer section) and coffees. Great selection of unusual quasi_healthy snack foods and the boxed nuts are excellent.

Great for when you dont feel like making the trek to, or fighting the crowds at Wegmans. The location focuses more on local produce and products than Tops, which can make any trip more interesting (i.e. found out they sold Copper Horse coffee).

Prices for some items are normal, others are steep. The local charm and best-available location for those out east of Ithaca along 79 makes it a regular grocery destination for us. Honestly, I do like this place.

Great place for a quick shopping trip. Nice staff, boars head lunch meat. Their produce is pretty good. Wish they had more organic produce but have some. But no organic beef; ( Good overall 24 hour store.

My go to neighborhood store. Prices may be a bit more expensive than Wegmans, but it is close to home. Friendly employees, great bakery items. Surprisingly good spot to go for a quick lunch, great soups.

I would say its a really good alternative to Wegmans. Id say the overall quality is pretty above average but not quite five star. They do however have a great array of foreign Foods.

Theyve really improved in the last year or so, stocking more local items and organic food choices. The produce could be better, but they are heading in the right direction.

The food in the deli is good, the rotisserie chicken is something you should try. The family size fried chicken is a definite. Wish they had more of a beer selection.

Way too expensive. $5 for a head of cauliflower?! The store is clean, and staff is friendly, but I cant get over the outrageous prices.
