I love this place! Fancy interior with very affordable process on shur-save brand items including but not limited to cereal, coffee, and biscuit dough. When I lived in Ithaca I did most of my grocery shopping here and used my points toward fuel discounts at the Sunoco attached to the store. For clarification, this isnt a convenience store. This is a full size grocery store with a gas station on the premises similar to BJs.

I love that the store is family owned and operated. I think thats part of why they have such good service and lots of items that locals want. I really appreciate the vegan options that they have and their great bakery. Being locally owned and operated also helps keep more money in the community to help us prosper.

Shur-save is much like a tops marketplace, smaller. Its okay for groceries in a pinch or a rotisserie chicken for dinner, but get there exactly at 5 if you want one. They pull all the hot bar items at 6pm, too. Coffee is largely the worst coffee Ive ever had so dont waste your money there.
