AMAZING & VERY ACCOMODATING!!!!! Today was a very important day for me because the love of my life has had a very tough week, but let me tell you this business in particularlly the staff, Jackie I think is her name, was soooooooo awesome. She made me feel so comfortable over the phone about my purchase, and she had it delivered within 2 hours of our conversation over the phone. She went the extra mile to make this day awesome for the love of my life. I reside in Atlanta, so finding a business online that had good reviews was impossible. Im glad I took a chance with this company and entrusted this special day to them, and they made it remarkable. I will always trust them to prepare and deliver any florist needs I have in Ithaca. The quality of their work is top of the line, and my sweetie was made very very happy on today!!!! Thanks again Ithaca Flower Shop, you guys are all right with me. I love your work. ~*Neek1*~

Based on prior customers reviews, I called Ithaca Flower Shop to deliver something special to my sister after her surgery. I live out-of-state, so I was taking somewhat of a leap of faith. The person on the phone was extremely kind and helpful and even offered to order particular flowers for the arrangement. My sister just called and said she was delighted with the uniqueness and incredible colors of the flowers. She said that she had not heard of the Ithaca Flower Shop before, but that from now on, she was going to give them all her business.

I wanted an all white bouquet for a dear daughter-in-laws birthday. I discussed the flower choices on the phone with Pat at the Ithaca Flower Shop, and she came up with a spectacular arrangement featuring, white roses, tulips, lillies, hydrangea, and orchids. It was one of those bouquets that makes ones day ... very special, and I was so happy to have found a florist who cared enough to make that happen.
