I ordered 5 platters for an event I was having and the tops of the platters were not secured tightly. When the deli employee put the platters in my basket he had to reapply the lids. By the time I got everything to my car, I could tell all the lids werent secure and was afraid to drive off. I went back into the store to borrow tape from the florist to secure the lids myself. The food itself was fine, but if everything falls out on the way to the event, what good is the food? Just make sure the lids are tapped down before handing over to customers.

Its very frustrating that there is no cell phone service in this store. Many times, I want to look up a recipe, or look up how many weight watchers points something is before I buy something. Its imperative that this store keeps up with the times, because there are at least 3 other grocery stores in walking distance to this one. How can a grocery store not have this basic service? Ive tried to get service on both a Verizon and AT&T phone. No luck!

I often go to this giant Food Store...On my way home from work and sometimes on the way in to work....The Manager at this store ..Derek and all of the cashiers are very helpful, considerate and friendly...Duke the seafood associate is always very polite and willing to take care of my special orders even though I show up late and he is trying to clean up to leave..I always recommend this Giant to anyone who asks where they should go to shop...

I never had the problem but I cant believe how terribly this giant treats their employees. Ive never seen anyone treated as terribly as I did one of the ladies they had working the desk. I will no longer shop at giant until they decide to treat their employees better

Several experiences where Ive had to bag my own groceries when I am watching employees just standing around. Im spoiled by growing up with Publix, but is it really that difficult for other grocery stores to adapt to their wonderful customer service policy?

Good prices. The store is clean and well laid out. Very good seafood. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Produce needs to be fresher. Produce is the only items I have ever returned. A for the store. D for Produce.
